Brilliant company from start to finish

Really helpful company, excellent service, quality product

I recently ordered a custom timber staircase from TKstairs and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless and incredibly professional.
Using their online design tool made configuring the exact dimensions straightforward, but what really set them apart was their customer service. When I called to double-check my measurements, the helpdesk team was remarkably friendly, knowledgeable, and guided me through the final checks with absolute patience.

Really pleased with the final product and was an excellent service from start to finish. I would highly recommend and would use again on future projects.

Really pleased with the oak acorns I bought for my staircase lovely quality and fast delivery.

Excellent, professional company to deal with. Good prices. Quick delivery. Best quality oak components. One small error in a very complex order was quickly corrected at no cost to me.

Great website and great help from the staff. A little expensive for what I received, personally. Asked for part assembled but arrived totally unassembled.

I have used TK Stairs on several occasions and altered and fine tuned drawings with the designer's a good few times. It's never a problem, always happy to help and we get it very good in the end ready for fitting. Absolutely brilliant, professional and they are very good quality. Delivered on time and in very good condition.

I am not a builder so the on line drawing facility is a fantastic service. All you have to do is measure correctly which thankfully I did! I was more than happy with the delivery service and the product itself looks and feels great.

Very impressed with how easy it was to design my stairs how well manufactured they were and how simple to fit
