Brilliant as always and fast 10 days from order date

First time I have ordered and fitted stairs. I found the design feature on website excellent and the whole process to delivery was excellent. Very nice chap for delivery and helped us up the driveway.
The stairs were strong and easy to fit, I went for pre cut spindles etc and was a dream to fit for an amateur like me. Thank you

Amazing experience throughout - designed the stairs online, had some queries which the lovely helpful staff sorted immediately, delivered the product ahead of schedule and what a product it is ! So so impressed - amazing quality an absolutely STUNNING staircase - it couldn't look more high end and is an absolute statement in the house - if you are having any doubts at all - dispel them and go for it ! You will not be disappointed

Very quick service, great quality

Easy to design, order and delivery on time. It is now fitted and looks good

The process was incredibly easy the website is so strait forward and simple to use which for me was great as it was my first time ordering stairs when they arrived they came within a great time and was perfect to the millimetre great company will definitely use again

Stairs arrived spot on. Sent sizes for a quote due to struggling a bit for the online designer to quite do what we needed. Very helpful making measurement changes just before ordering due to the build being a bit further on. Stairs came as per delivery expectation. Very happy.

Great service

Overall a great service from TK Stairs, the staircase is of high quality and fits perfectly. The delivery was seamless & well communicated.
I was actually able to speak to someone at TK prior to ordering to ensure everything was correct, they were very helpful, polite & knowledgeable, what more can you ask for!
I would definitely use them again. 👍

Did exactly as they promised and on time. If I need any more 100% will

Reasonable prices swidt delivery and well made stairs
Easy to order giving clear dimensions

Stairs were made to measure and of a good quality. When being installed the carpenter noticed a part was missing. No sooner had we called the Helpdesk the missing part was on a delivery van on route. Next day the missing part arrived and the installation continued without delay. Excellent customer service also from a very friendly helpful team.

Competitive pricing, great communication and all round service.
