Communication was excellent, especially regarding delivery. Seem to be good value for money stairs.

Perfect solution to staircase requirements. Easy to follow online and all fitted perfectly. Thank you

We use tk a few times always amazing but this one was not up to standard.

Very happy. Good quality wood, no splintering. Stairs look great and almost finished putting spindles in.

Great to deal with and delivered quickly

I would not use this company again. I have had numerous work done to multiple houses I have owned over the years. I have never encountered a company that expects a customer to help unload a delivery especially with it being a solid wooden staircase. There were issues with the delivery which delayed the trades people that were already booked in at my house. The delivery date given, was for part of the order and this wasn’t mentioned until the delivery person informed me with a rude arrogant attitude. At no point prior to delivery was I told that my order would be partly delivered. I did get an apology email which astonished me when I learned they were aware the night before delivery that items were not going to be delivered the following day. At no point was I informed the night before, or the following morning and when the delivery man phoned me to give me an ETA he could have informed me then but didn’t. I suppose in hindsight, once this company has your money they don’t seem to care. I will never use them again for future projects or will I recommend.

Excellent online designer tool. Effective communication with customer support when there were queries. Items delivered well before the proposed date and subsequent delivery queries resolved swiftly.

Great website, ordering process was easy. excellent communication at every step of the process. the staircase was very well built and exactly what was ordered. will be back if i ever need another staircase built!

Great service. Order ready at short notice and extremely well packaged

Fantastic customer service cannot fault them at all. Totally love our staircase too!
Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
Special thanks to Jim who has been a superstar in helping us finish our project.

Avoid this company. The quality of their work is highly unprofessional. They recently did my stairs, leaving behind numerous cracks and visible damage on the steps. When I raised these concerns, their dismissive response was that the damage is "on the back" and "doesn't affect" anything. Every crack matters when you pay for quality, and it feels like they are just trying to dodge accountability. Furthermore, the final product looks nothing like the design and color advertised on their website. Do yourself a favor and look somewhere else.

Really good design tool - one of the best I found on line. Quality of the stairs was also very good with no issues on build quality and spec.
One slight frustration was the limited ability to agree on an AM/PM delivery window - difficult when needing to arrange builder resource to offload and install. Otherwise though a very positive experience.

Great price. Easy to use design software. Friendly telephone staff. Easy delivery too. Not a bad word to say about TK stairs.

Great customer service and quality product, delivered on the day as promised.

Great product, really well made, great price and quick delivery

Beautiful staircase delivered on time by a helpful driver.
