It is true, this company is a scam! I placed my order on March 10, 2021 and have yet to receive the item till date. I cannot fathom how this company can scam people especially during the pandemic. Bunch of low lives!

This company is a total scam . Ordered on the 23/3/21 and to date never received my order. Have sent 5 emails and the scums have never answered one if them. I have requested my money back but I don't think that will be happening.

Ordered in march and still havnt got it. It was a laser hair remover gadget 130 bucks Australian. Whats clear is if they do reply to email it's a generic and they dont answer my questions. No respect. How do i get money back??? Anyone no? Sorry this happening to youz xxx

The website needs to be removed. Ordered products previously with success however the order I placed in early April has still not arrived. Have emailed countless of times and no answer. Clearly company is not active? People need to be aware of scam and not send anymore money to this company.

I have ordered from TLM before, with success, but, however, this time after ordering on 17th April, heard nothing apart from confirmation email. Sent 3 emails asking when delivery would arrive, but no answer. Not sure this is a scam as its definitely a product, but guessing the company is no longer active?? 🤔Will now try and get my money back. Disappointed.

If there was an option for zero stars, I would have chosen that! I placed an order on April 11, 2021 and still have not received my product. I emailed them 3 times and no response. I tried calling the contact number, but its a recording that picks up. I filed a complaint through PayPal and they are issuing me a refund. Please don't get sucked into this scam!

NOT EVEN ONE STAR.....Do not use this company is a total SCAM. Order goods two months ago, never received them. Ignored my emails and request for a refund. Now the hassle of trying to get my money back through the bank. AVOID THESE THIEVES

I placed an order for my wife from the TLM website. The order # is 39674. This was placed on 23/02/2021. Till to date we have not received the item. I have sent emails to contact at tlmfoundationcosmetics.com, but they did not bother to reply. I have made an opinion this site is not genuine. Please buyers beware not to use TLM website for your purchases.

sent at least 7 emails/facebook messages with no reply.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

I placed my order on 8/3/21 and as yet have still not received any products. I've sent 3 emails, the first one was responded to "Oh we are so sorry, we will get this out to you immediately" that was on the 7th April, it's now the 27th April another 2 emails later and no response and no order but they have my money.

Claim to deliver in 7 to 10 days but order #40590 has not arrived. No response to numerous emails! Where are my goods? Very poor customer service.

I placed an order for 3 foundations on 12th July 2020- nearly 10 months ago. I have sent numerous emails to state the tracking number says it's shipped but no responses and no foundations. I can't believe they can still sell items when they aren't delivering what people have paid for!

I wish I could give zero stars, ordered on the 15th March 2021 and no product, no tracking information, no communication and no way to get a refund!
Total scam don't trust them!

My order was placed 4th January, money taken but no product received.
I have used this before and I liked it but I doubt I will ever order again as the customer service is non existent

I created a review in March. I received an email from TLM a day later. It is now April 11th and still no order has arrived. These people are a rip off!

I would give a zero star if I could. They will not respond to my attempts at contacting them, being as they have my money without providing the product I paid for.

Order #38297 was placed on December 21, 2020 and is currently Shipped.

SCAM SCAM SCAM I've order on march 9, 2021. Buy one get one free color changing foundation at 29.99$. I've never received a receipt or tracking. Nothing. I've also been charged two different amount on my credit card, one of 29.99$ and one of 34.94$. So they stole my money plus i've never received anything. I wroted 2 emails, no response. Im gonna start legal actions against those crooks.
