This is false information. She is not speaking the full truth.
She did request a return but it was on a style that is clearly marked as "Final Sale" on the top of the product page as well as down below near the description of the product.

After she initially contacted us regarding the purchase of a final sale item. Following our reply, she continued to send multiple emails containing threats.
As a company, we strive to provide exceptional customer service and avoid unnecessary conflict or negativity. While we do have policies in place regarding discontinued and final sale items, we have made exceptions in the past for customers who approached the situation respectfully and kindly. We are always willing to work with our customers whenever possible.

However, we cannot tolerate threatening, abusive, or disrespectful communication towards our business and our staff. We are a Christian-based, family-owned business located in Pennsylvania, and we believe in treating others with kindness, fairness, and respect. We ask for the same level of courtesy in return.

We are proud to have served over 350,000 customers, who have remained loyal to our business for more than five years. While the overwhelming majority of our customers are wonderful to work with, there are occasionally individuals who are simply difficult to satisfy and may create unnecessary conflict.

We are committed to maintaining a professional, positive, and drama-free environment for both our customers and our team, and we strive every day to uphold those values within our business.

Unfortunately, all final sale and discontinued items are non-returnable, as clearly stated on the product page as well as on the return policy under items ineligible for return.

Items are marked as “Final Sale” for a reason, as these items are not eligible for return or exchange. We always recommend reviewing the product details carefully prior to completing checkout to ensure the item is not listed as discontinued or final sale.

We kindly ask that if you choose to leave a review or comment, it accurately reflects the details of your purchase and experience. The item purchased was both a final sale and discontinued item, which is why the return request was declined in accordance with our stated policy.
We simply ask that any public comments remain truthful, accurate, and provide the full context regarding the purchase and return eligibility. Any false comments will lead into slander.

Also, be sure to mention the color that you ordered and that it is a BelleTress color, the description provided is the official color description from BelleTress. You will also find that other authorized retailers use the same manufacturer-provided color description for this shade.

If you disagree with the manufacturer’s description, you are welcome to contact BelleTress directly with your concerns.

While final sale and discontinued items are not eligible for return, we are happy to accept returns on the majority of our products as long as they are not marked as final sale and/or discontinued.

I see that we do not have any order from you. You probably ordered from TL WIG.
We are TL Wigs (with an S) after the word wigs.
TL WIG without an "S" after the word wigs is a scam site who has been reported by us to the better business burea.
We always accept full returns and refunds. Our customers are #1 and always come first.
There have been so many people taken advantaged of from the scam site that stole our name and dropped the letter "S" after the word Wigs. Please be careful when ordering online. Unfortunately, there are a lot of scam sites out there. But just know, we are a legit authorized retailer with all of the name brand manufacturers.
The site that you probably ordered from TL WIG WITHOUT AN S AT THE END OF THE WORD WIGS, they steal our stock photos and use them as their own. But in reality, what they send you are clown looking wigs, and sometimes we are finding out that they are not even sending the customers anything at all.
I am so sorry that you have been scammed by them but like I said you need to look at your order confirmation when you placed your order and I am sure you are going to see that you did not order from us. We would never tell a customer that they could not return or they would lose their money.
Also, that scam site is from china, but they use a new york address. We are right here in Pennsylvania.
Again, please look at your order confirmation, look to see if you ordered from TL WIG without an "S". If so, you need to contact your bank immediately and let them know that it was a scam site, and to have payment reversed.
Then, you need to come back here and remove your negative comment on our business, because all it does is hurt us.And we are not them! We have worked very hard to get our business where it is today. We are a mother and daughter, family, C hristian business, who works very hard for our customers.
We have a facebook support group with almost 5k members who will all tell you that we are 100% legit and real. They also all know about the scam site who stole our name and dropped the letter "S" after the word WIG.

Hi Evelyn,
I have responded back to your email 3 times, but not sure why you if you are not seeing it or not?
We asked you to send us the name of the styles you ordered and you sent 2 screenshots with pictures showing that you ordered from another website, that is not us. We are TL WIGS (with an "S") after wigs. You ordered from TL WIG (without an "S"). Which is a scam site. They have been reported to the Better business bureau and hopefully they get taken down soon. Please know that we are TL WIGS, you ordered from TL WIG (without an S). There have been numerous people who have been scammed by them. So, you need to contact your bank immediately and have payment stopped. We are so sorry that this has happened to you. It's so unfortunate that there are so many scam sites out there. They are not even from the U.S. From what we have been hearing, they don't ship you anything, or if they do, they ship you a costume clown looking wig. They steal other legit online retailers stock photos and advertise them as their own, so what you see and what you order are two totally different things. Please look at our website, which is TLWIGS.COM, compare to the website that you actually ordered from which is TLWIG.COM, you can clearly see from the pictures that you sent me of the wigs that you had ordered, it is clearly showing their website and their logo.
As I stated, there are a lot of scam sites out there who steal online legit retailers' names and then make one little change. In this instance, they just dropped the letter "S" from the word wigs. They also steal our stock photos and let you think that you will be purchasing a high quality wig. When in reality, they send you a clown costume, wig, and sometimes they don't even send you anything. This is so frustrating to us because we are not them and we hope, and we pray that something gets done and they are taken down!! When you order from us, we always ship same day or following day at the latest. We have excellent customer service and super fast shipping. We also are located in Pennsylvania. So please reach out to the correct website that you purchased from and also contact your bank and have payments stopped, immediately.
Again, we are so sorry that this has happened to you as well as many others, but please know, we are not them! Also, please check your emails because you will see that we replied to all of your emails within a matter of a few minutes after you sent them.

I'm so sorry that you had this experience, but please know that you are referring to another business that goes by TL WIG (without an "S") after the word wigs. That is a scam site! Unfortunately, there have been so many people who have been scammed by that site. Please know, that we are not them. We are TL Wigs, with an S after wigs. We are a trusted and authorized retailer for all name brand wigs. As I stated, unfortunately, there are a lot of scam sites out there who steal legit online retailers stock photos, and our names. They just change one little letter in the name or make one little tiny change. We do NOT ship from China. We are right here in Pennsylvania, USA. I hope you can contact the correct company and get this taken care of and I also highly recommend that you contact your bank and have payments stopped, immediately. This is very upsetting to us as well. We have reported that scam site, and we have had the majority of our members from our facebook support group page as well as some of our customers report this scam site, so hopefully they get them taken down soon. Again, we deeply apologize that this happened to you, but please know, that you are speaking of a totally different online website. Remember, we are TL Wigs (with an "S"). They go by TL WIG, without an "S".
