Tmat Products Opiniones

I ordered a mat for my truck. The box that Tmat shipped me arrived in about two days. The issue is I didn’t receive what I ordered. I was missing two pieces and the ramp and handle kit. I called to explain I was missing pieces. The pieces were ordered and I received an email confirmation of such.

The problem is I can’t use what they sent me until I receive all of the pieces. As of today the only information that I have for the replacement order is that a label has been created. It just seems to me this should have been rushed to me for a mistake out of my control. I don’t even know if the product will perform yet and there’s already issues.

When I ordered my tmat I mistakenly ordered a standard bed when I needed a long bed. Rheb Desiatco was absolutely fantastic and replied extremely fast even on a Saturday afternoon. To say these guys have great customer service is an understatement.

So far so good. It was easy and quick to install, maybe better than advertised. Went diving last Sunday and keeping my gear and my buddy’s gear secure was great. Thanks for a great system, looking forward to using it.

I couldn’t be happier with my TMAT truck bed organizer. I installed it in my Jeep Comanche, and it has completely transformed how I use the bed. Everything stays organized, secure, and exactly where I need it instead of sliding around while driving.

The quality is outstanding, and the fit and finish are excellent. The TMAT mat provides a great non-slip surface, while the organizer makes it easy to keep my tools and gear separated and accessible.

I especially like that it gives me the organization I wanted without taking up all the usable bed space like a traditional toolbox. Installation was straightforward, and once everything was in place, it felt extremely solid.

Quality products that work as advertised. We are extremely happy with our purchase of the made in USA TMat bed mat and accessories. They are quick to answer any questions and shipping. The product was easy to install and use. We have shared our love of the products with others and they have been happy as well with their purchase.

Great product and really love it! It's a great innvation for my Ranger 2024! I have to reach the Tmat customer servce for some points I observed, What a great customer support from Rheb Desiatco, He answer all my questions 5 minutes after sending my email!
I recommend at 100% the TMAT products

I received the TMatt product as a gift when I experience issues with the fit in my truck I reached out to TMatt and they were very helpful doing whatever they could to make this gift was perfect for me. I am extremely grateful for the priority, speed and understanding that they displayed. I am excited to get this product in my truck and see what accessories I can get for it.

Excellent customer service and Military and Veterans friendly! Thank you Jeff! A happy customer Retired USMC MSGT MUNIZ!

Love the Tmat. Makes packing up for a camping trip so easy! Love the bucket holder which I use for a 5 gallon cooler. And great customer support!

I emailed late Friday afternoon expecting a reply Monday or later. And soon after I received a reply . Rheb Desiatco was on the job. Fixed my problem and checked on another order where I had ordered the wrong thing and fixed that too. I will definitely be recommending this product and company to everyone who will listen. Thank you again!

What a fantastic company, that has gone above and beyond. I ordered this system and I received two shipments quickly. However the third and final shipment got lost in the UPS system. I shot TMAT an email for help and they filed the claim and immediately shipped out replacement product to me. What incredibly fast and thorough service. I can’t comment on the product yet but if it’s anything like their service it will be top notch.

Easy to order, easy to assemble and install, versatile storage options, lightweight when removing and putting back in, great customer service.

The ease of reaching items in the back of the truck bed is gold for us Seniors. My cargo is firmly in place, but still easily accessible.

Why didn’t someone think of this years ago!

Hands down, the best thought-out, the easiest to assemble, the most versatile and reconfigurable truck bed organizer ever... If Lego ever built a truck bed organizer this would be it. Tmat clearly beat them to the winning line on this one. The price is ridiculously affordable, comes with all sorts of accessories and extras with you order and anything missing or needed for the initial installation will be supplied for Free. Best of all, the product is made right here in the US and the Company is an absolute pleasure to deal withj.

The Tmat product met all of the quality and functionality claims. Then customer service was prompt with their response to a request for additional pieces. I definitely endorse this company and there product.

Amazing product, easy to install, and it doesn't add weight to your car! We requested two additional parts, they were processed and sent to us in under 5 min after I hit an email send. Shout out to Rheb Desiatco!! Thanks!!

I wanted something for my truck bed but didnt want to lose the bed space. I receive my tmat as a christmas gift. Just added the raised handles and it has been a game changer to load and unload the truck bed. Great quality, user friendly, and super easy to install.

Most companies offer free shipping on orders over $100. Mine was almost $200 and I was charged for shipping. Also, they sat on the order for 2 days before shipping, and used cheap shipping that took more than a week once it finally did ship. That's just not a great customer experience with most online orders these days arriving within 2-3 days. Also, the products are very expensive and seem overpriced.

I purchased the Tmat system for my Tundra. I had gotten a text from Rheb Desiatco asking if everything was good. I shared that it was and that I found the system was amazing. I had mentioned that the system configuration for my truck could use one additional small piece. Without hesitation, Rheb shipped me the part. The customer service that Rheb provided was above and beyond. It’s been a long time since I’ve received service like this. The Tmat system is amazing. Thanks for the amazing service.

Rheb Desiatco Handled my situation fantastically. Where the postal service failed, T Mat stepped up and took care of me. Thanks!
