I am a shipper and had a poor experience with TMSHIPPING. Accused our dispatcher of lying without providing a proof. Poor customer service with bad attitude. Order ID: 589159-CX.
This is the reply to the below comment from TMSHIPPING:
We don't have intention to "deceive" anyone and have a written proof to support our statement. This is very unprofessional to accuse someone knowing the fact that it is not true. Again, it proves our feedback and one star rating above. All documents can be provided upon request. Also, this is very unprofessional to disclose the company names, taking into account the fact that one of them is not related to the issue in any way. There is a written agreement/contract in place with Pegasus. Good luck!!! Feel free to black list both companies if this is the best business practice you follow in resolving the issues.

Great experience, would recommend them definitely. 1st time shipping cars and was worried how it was going to go, but if it comes up again I'll definitely use tmshipping again.

It was such a good experience. We shipped two cars at the same time, no problem.

They were great. I have done this before & they are the Best. Once I got a driver assigned I could talk to a real person and the drivers always responded.
You must be patient..... My transport was Peek Season and they made it happen.

I started out nervous because of so many scams. This company is remarkable. They picked up my car on Friday from Georgia and delivery it to California early on Sunday. We weren’t expecting it until Wednesday. The price was unbelievable and they we Very professional and upfront with all the fees. I will definitely use them again. Thank you once again

They were great. Had my vehicle shipped from Mississippi to Arizona. Came on time and my car arrived a day early. Will use again.

I needed to have a Lexus shipped from Florida to Mississippi. They gave me a date and there was not a driver available for that date. And then they did get a driver and the driver had requested more than the original fee. In order to make the deal work TM shipping waived the brokers fee so that I still was in the same ballpark range that was quoted to me. I really appreciated them waving that fee and made a big difference. My car was shipped safely and on timely.

Great experience! They were very communicative and made the process so simple. Driver was easy to reach to get details of drop-off. He even looked up the address to see if he could make the drive in. Decided he couldn’t and met me at another location and followed me with the car. Thank you! Will use again in the future!

I was hesitant at first because I’ve heard horror stories about shipping cars, but my experience was INCREDIBLE. I really couldn’t be happier!

TM shipping was responsive and timely in finding me a reasonable quote, getting the agreement to me and making the process seamless. The carrier was also very good after I made the initial contact. The driver gave a thorough inspection of my vehicle before loading it, and delivered earlier than expected. No real issues, except having that the pickup window quoted was not met. Had to call the driver for updates, but to be expected with multiple pickups I guess.

We moved across country. Our house kept needing an extension. The driver who originally said he would take our car didn’t like that we needed an extension and said he wouldn’t take our vehicle. Anna got right on top of it and got us a new driver that day! They were awesome and delivered the car so quickly and during the time constraint needed.

I researched 20 shipping brokers and 1 actual shipping company (they did not reply) before I chose TM Shipping. I chose them because not only did they have the highest ratings, they had the second lowest pricing (within $9), they guaranteed that price in a contract, and they were only one of 2 brokers who would not charge my credit card until my car was actually on the truck. So, they met all of my requirements. Luckily for me, my car was within 1 mile of an interstate in upper NJ and I'm within 1 mile of an interstate in middle TN. So I'm fortunate in that regard because the truck driver they hired was already going to Nashville anyway and had to pass my exit to get there. I was verbally told that my car would usually be picked up within 1-2 business days because I was in a busy route and that it would be delivered in 1-2 business days. However, their contract states that they have 5 business days to pick your car up so be aware of that. Luckily I didn't have that problem. So I signed the contract last Friday afternoon and on Monday morning, I got an email saying that my car would be picked up that day and delivered on Wednesday. I was able to text my broker, the shipping company's contact, and the driver and all 3 promptly replied to all my texts which was very reassuring. So, I did get my car on Wednesday and it was in perfect condition. I couldn't be more satisfied and I'm very picky about things that I'm paying for. And after reading some of the horror stories about other companies, I'll admit I was worried. Especially when I got that email on Monday morning that said the driver wanted $50 more than the broker had in the contract but the next sentence of the email said that the broker would stand by their contract price and so they reduced their fee by $50 which was great. So this broker and the driver they hired were fantastic. On a side note, I shipped a car 10 years ago but the dealer handled that process and it didn't go as well at all. So the next time I need to ship a car again, without a doubt, I will be using TM Shipping.

Typical bait and switch email states nothing about a "carrier fee" then when you go to sign the contract they try to sneak a 165.00 broker fee in there very shady I canceled and went with a broker who was less and didn't try and hide fee's. I guess it was my mistake for not reading the contract completely but when you have no mention of that in the original email why would anyone suspect things would change in the contract? Hope this helps someone choose a different broker or do your due diligence and go with someone not trying to hide fee's in there contract unsuspectingly. Luckily I did not need the car right away and could cancel but someone in a different situation would be stuck.

I researched a lot of companies to transport my car from California to Georgia .TM shipping had great reviews and came in with a lower prices- everything honestly worked perfect . My car was picked up on the exact day I wanted right before I flew out - the driver Paul was an expert loading it onto the truck and it arrived 4 days later. Paul communicated with me that day when he would arrive and unloaded my car at my house which by the way was in a very rural area.i highly recommend TM shipping !!
