Repair of my samsung bud 3pro was timely. Earbuds was replaced and sent back seamlessly. Proper communication via email was maintained by the company all through the period of repair and return.

The only complaint I have is that I put my invoice for the goods in the box they sent with my item and charging case. To then get a call asking for proof of purchase. I then had to email the same invoice because they couldn't find it.

The whole process was extremely simple and smooth, from the moment I contacted samsung regarding my problem to them collecting, repairing and redelivering my phone was a week. Extremely impressed and satisfied with the whole process.

Constant updates and pay portals were sent so I could keep my repair going as quickly as possible. Updates on completion and delivery back were prompt and exact. My repair looks like new !

Couldn't fault the service at all, very pleased, kept me updated every step along the way and my item was collected from the house, sent for repair, sent back to the house all within 5 days.

They provide a wonderful repair service for Samsung products. I had damaged one of my Galaxy Buds3 Pro earpieces, and through Samsung Members I was able to get them picked up by a well renowned courier. Turnaround was remarkably quick following their inspection and quote, and the outcome a great success, like new again!

TMT First went the extra mile and organised a replacement device instead of a repair.
As it was a replacement the device has been returned extremely quickly, and is in full working order.
