We would definitely recommend TNS lawyers to anyone buying or selling a business. Louis and Levi were across everything. Selling our small business after 20 years was a big deal for us. Both men were like mentors through the sale process, thinking of things we’d never considered. As lawyers they were obviously focused on getting a rock solid outcome legally, but they also got the “big picture” and, importantly for my wife and I, they were invested in getting a great outcome financially and personally. They were always prepared to answer our questions with great advice, were prompt with correspondence and really good at dotting the “i’s” and crossing the “t’s”. Very upfront about their very reasonable fees. Felt like we got more than we paid for and I can’t remember ever feeling like that when dealing with lawyers. Ever. A big thank you to the team at TNS lawyers; They have assisted me on two pieces of work related to Property. I wish I had engaged them earlier regrading the selling of my property: I ended up signing up with a unscrupulous Property Agent for the selling of my existing property which had very unfavorable terms.
