Shameful service. Truly shameful
I placed an order on 21.5.26
I got an email 2 days later saying the trainers had been passed on to a local courier. I still haven't received them! I have chased and chased and yet no response from the many emails I have sent. This company is a disgrace. The 10 business days is well and truly expired and they continue to ignore me. Every day I message and get no response. I will be claiming my money back from my bank. Its a shame as so many if my friends were waiting to see what mine were like before ordering themselves...that's not gonna happen now. At least I've saved my friends from being scammed like me. Disgraceful business ethics

You already have my order details #1340. You don't need anything else. I sent them to you in one of many unanswered emails to you. I want what I ordered...nothing more ... nothing less. That's not too much to ask. You basically scammed me out of my money. You gave me a fictitious Royal Mail tracking number knowing I would receive nothing. That's a scam!! If you really want to rectify YOUR MISTAKE then send me the fireberry tns in 7.5 UK as ordered.

Purchased from a site that I thought was them self's to message them on Facebook to find out they had someone use there company name and as I did with who ever we got scammed but the wrong company hope that everyone who feel for 30 to 60 pound tns get a full refund like myself this company was more then happy to chat to me about it and point me in write direction thanks tn world for help hope all get sorted

This is not true because the emails I sent was to your company where I bought the product then went straight to your website to send an email and both separate emails....are going to your company also I just received an email 4 hrs ago saying there on there way..... which i dont believe they will be... so which one is it???? 2 lots of emails to the site which I bought and to your company site ......reply to both from your company's email

I bought a pair of trainers for my lads…
I bought a pair of trainers for my lads birthday 6 days after they came i showed my son and he didn't like them. I panicked. i couldn't find the return slip. Oh no. So i emailed customer services, and they let me send them back, and i asked if i could exchange them. This was not a problem. I showed them which ones he wanted to exchange with and they said aslong as the trainers are in the same condition this wont be a problem. The trainers were sent friday i recived an email tuesday to say the dispatch team have dispatched his new trainers. I recived them within 3 days. Im so happy with the process and the communication with customer services. They didnt leave me hanging and worring about what was happening i was constantly emailing them telling them it was sent asked if they received them, and they emailed me back within 24 hours. Totally satisfied with there service and i will be buying again

This site is a scam I ordered and paid for my trainers on the 11th April tracking number wasn't recognised by royal mail I emailed the company who said they were misplaced and sent back so they offered to resend or give me a refund since then I have sent 4 further emails which they are ignoring stay away from this business no customer service and will just take your money

Best selection online for a reasonable price. Came quick and no issues, good service. Black tns green tick
Got a pair of black tns green tick , very uncomfortable , not like all the other tns I’ve had over the last 20 odd years , I’ve had them 3 weeks and only worn them 5 times , and the toes have come unstuck on both trainers and falling apart , I emailed pictures and they said sorry we won’t help you. Coast me 190 pounds definitely will not be using this site ever again I’ll stick with Nike direct , these are being mad cheap and cheerful
