This site is a true scam. First they charged me more than the actual price so I requested cancellation within 15 minutes of ordering and they refunded the overcharge and have continued saying that the item was already shipped and could not be cancelled. Told me to try the product, that I might like it and not want a refund. We have exchanged more than 30 emails where I explain that I do not want it and want to start the return process and also that I will not accept the package when it arrives

They are forcing people to keep the product and denying any returns and continue to reply to my emails with the same story about try it you might like it and not want a refund.

I am filing a dispute with my bank so hopefully I’ll get my money back. Tracking information also shows that my order wasn’t shipped until 2 days after I requested cancellation. They figure if they make it a pain that people will just take the loss of funds and move on.

Do not purchase anything from this site as they have proven to have fraudulent business practices.

Bait and Switch. will NOT return money. Will NOT take back product. Increased price at the closing.

When I sent pics, they offered a 10% refund because it would cost me so much to return the package... that I waited WEEKS for... what a joke.. if they were as promised, I would have been fine with the $20 per toy (x2)... no better than a mid-grade toy at ANY pet store...
