I give you all 5 stars and thank you for making good on my lost order

When the USPS delivery messed up, TobaccoStock went the extra mile to make sure my order was delivered. They contacted me after USPS reported successful delivery to verify that was true after USPS fixed the mistake.

I have yet to be disappointed by TS. They went above and beyond, this last order.

The orders are worked on once it comes up on the computer. Now if you want fast shipping you get it regular you get it. For a company that is so far away from where I live I found that they can be trusted and professional. I'll go across the world if trusted and professional tobacco stock is there. Customer for as long as you are in business THANK YOU 😊

Not only is it the prices, but it is especially the people. They have quite a bit of integrity, care about their customers and they're probably the best web vendor I have ever done business with. You need to go no further This is the safest place, the friendliest place and the best prices that I could find anywhere. The products are top-notch and the personnel are in the same category, top-notch!

Great company fair prices and if you have any issues with your order they are prompt at getting back and very polite and helpfull. I recommend them to everyone.

Ordered 20 ctn’s cigars on 6/26/24 and received them 7/1/24.
Had some ordering screw-ups and contacted the company. We worked out the problem and YES, it was my fault. I could blame it on a senior moment but I won’t. When you get a replacement credit/debt card, remember what zip code it was requested in. I used the zip code in AZ for 30+ years and got my new card in OK. As soon as I used the right address and zip, Ching, Ching. Order placed and cigars delivered 6 days.

This company is great, this is my first experience purchasing and I messed up a few things placed the order without realizing and emailed them immediately they were very fast to respond and corrected my order for me.

There was a difficulty with my Order and, with only one (1) Email from me, They Handled it Quite Well, Professionaly, and in good, quick, order. I was/am very pleased with their Sales/Service person(s)!

I ordered tubes. It took 2 extra days to get to it's destination, no clue why that was. I get them and 3/10 boxes were crushed thanks to USPS handling them roughly. I reached out to support, got a quick reply and ultimately was refunded 3 boxes worth in exchange for me keeping the damaged product. All in all. It's not Tobacco Stocks fault really, it's the carriers fault, but even so, that's why I'm giving 3 stars because it was atleast half decent and they gave decent customer support.

My package was delivered to the wrong place and tobaccostock reached out to ups and resolved the issue and I had my package by the end of the day.

Once I purchased the items, I was told it would be delivered in 5 business days. It actually took 10 business days. However, I do not believe it was the fault of Tobacco Stock. My order sat in Chicago, IL and not being forwarded to where I live. I contacted Tobacco Stock, and they were very professional and handled the issue promptly. They are great to do business with and I highly recommend them.

Fast and follow a request

Ive been ordering from this company for several months now and it's always a hassle. Half the time the products I order are out of stock. They dont seem to have any inventory system. When I do get my order, the tubes are always crushed. Plus, the shipping costs are ridiculously high. It also seems like their latest reviews are fake like they leave reviews on their own. Not worth the trouble.

Love this company! Been ordering for several years now, they are the best! Good communication, large stock assortment, quick shipping, great prices- 5 Stars from this loyal customer!
