The USPS delayed delivery for several days, but the staff was very responsive and everything eventually arrived.

The products I ordered were shipped and delivered within a reasonable time. Tobacco stock voluntarily issued a refund for damage to some of the product, even though the damage was caused by the shipping company.

i do not like driving around in traffif only to find out my smoke shop only stock a limited amount of what i want to buy.

I ordered an item in error and I received hassle free service in returning it which I am thankful. All responses were immediate and polite. I have only been dealing with Tobacco stock for about 6 months but I was treated like a loyal customer. All delvers have been accurate and prompt.

I have been using Tobaccostock.com for a while now and it's always been great. Most recently my order had an issue arise that was no fault of their. The tobaccostock.com team and specifically Anna D took over and got a solution immediately with quick responses and the solution that made the best sense for the customer. They have me locked in as a customer and are highly recommended.

Great products, great service. Had to contact them last week because of a shipping problem (not their fault). USPS said "delivered", yet no package. They answered rapidly (late on a Friday afternoon, no less), were polite and attentive. Made it clear they were there to help and would resolve the issue for me. Luckily the package came to me a few days later (it was mis-delivered), but Tobacco Stock will remain my only source. Thanks, all!
