This company cannot be trusted. They offered me a credit because I was not happy with the quality of their paints but in order to get the credit I needed to spend three times the amount of the credit! Ridiculous! I will never buy from them again!
Tobios take a while to send their kits out so it's difficult to guage when the parcel will arrive. That makes Christmas gifting impossible. Plus once it's started being shipped, the carrier does not allow you to nominate a safe place to receive the delivery like other carriers in the UK (and Tobios themselves do not provide that option) so if you are hundreds of miles away for Christmas with your family, you lose your parcel and/or alert burglars to the fact that you're not home with a notice for the carrier. It's a really badly thought-out system that is not customer-focused. Tobios then refuses responsibility if the parcel never actually reaches you and in the UK, loss is THEiR responsibility, not the carriers. In fact, Tobios just doesn't take responsibility for meeting customer needs. Their products are not cheap so you need to be prepared to lose your money and the product. A very unprofessional firm. Be wary.

Tobio hat eine große Auswahl an unterschiedlichen Bio Honigsorten, die wirklich jeden Geschmack treffen. Aber neben 'Standardprodukten' findet man auch coole & kreative Kreationen wie Schatz und Schoko 😍 es ist wirklich für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei! Die Bestellung war innerhalb weniger Tage da und sollte man noch Anmerkungen haben kann man jederzeit eine Nachricht schrieben, ob über die Webseite oder per Instagram und man bekommt eine schnelle Antwort 😊 Tobio Honig darf beim Frühstück nicht mehr fehlen!
