It was fun when we were playing football

The interactive monitor broke multiple times and I want a free drink and it was close to the end of the game therefore I couldn’t get the drink as he wouldn’t come on the system all In all very disappointed

After a first not so pleasant experience last time with the food at TOCA social Greenwich I am happy to say that the company reached out to us and not only did we receive a full refund for the food tab. They also gave us a complementary evening with a bar tab for eight people to attend, so I’m very happy that they were more than happy to accommodate and make amends for the bad experience previously. Once again the staff were very polite and helpful and exceeded excellent service the experience like I explained last time the kids enjoyed so thank you for reaching out to us to make up for it.

Overall it’s enjoyable but be aware if your kids take 10 mins to pick and change their customised names and keep retaking their screen photo - you are using up your playing time which is already very expensive per minute. Would be better if option to set this up online or at separate console before playing time begins. Also if they offer to let you start early because not busy also watch your time as done in slots and you may get less time than if you’d waited little for your own time slot. It’s fun but expensive to do very often with kids.

I went to the Toca Social at the 02 there was no air con felt like I couldn’t breathe.

We had such a great time at TOCA Social Birmingham. The atmosphere was brilliant, the games were so much fun, and everything was really well organised. A special shout-out to Jake who looked after us, he was super friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. We’ll definitely be back!

Elena was very helpful and patient in the white city branch.
Food was good and had a great experience altogether.

Toca coming to Westfield Shepherds bush is excellent, good location, the hosting by Marcel very good and attentive to our needs. Great customer experience will definitely come again.

The rules were not explained well before the event, and the guidance given in the booth was not helpful either. So its not clear what you have to do to score points. It would appear that hitting the ball hard and fast without great accuracy is the best policy - skill doesn't really play a part.

Staff were aggressive and reactive to our questions - no disrespect but they should aware that a criticism of the game isn't directed at them personally. Fortunately the manager had the requisite interpersonal skills to rescue us from them.

Visited toca social for my sons 10th birthday had the most amazing time staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough for you especially the manager Isaac 🏆

You pay for 30 minutes, which I've been informed by one of the staff is actually 25 minutes for some reason.. also they get you to watch a safety video which I'm pretty sure also came out the time because for nearly £40 the actual play time was about 20 minutes.. very disappointing will not be returning. you're best going trampolining or something which is less money and you get an hour at least.

Appalling booking system. Won’t let you book for august and it’s 1st June!! How am I meant to plan a social with friends if I cannot confirm the date.
