Lost of time and money

Toco finds ways not to honor your contract. They are incredible.Looking for and making up loopholes are there goals. They're very good at it.So think twice before getting involved with Toco Warrant.There dishonesty will get you no where but in a deep hole.Seriously listen to me DON'T DO IT

Hi John, Toco is committed to customer success and to abiding by our agreement. Investigation into this claim shows that the claim was submitted without providing the administrator the ability to inspect the vehicle or adjudicate the claim. The contract states that you must "Obtain approval prior to having work performed that may be covered by this contract".

Toco is very transparent when selling the contract, advising customers that per the contract language:
"You must call prior to any repairs being performed. Prior to any repair being made, You or the repair facility must contact the Administrator to Register the claim. Any claim for repairs that have not been Registered will not be covered"

Toco never wants customers to have a denied claim and is sorry that this happened in your situation.
