BEWARE OF TOOD SNYDER

Ordered a number of different items. Five large items — two jackets, two sweaters and a hoodie — with a value of more than $1500 never arrived. I advised Tood Snyder of the issue and the response was we looked into it and the items were shipped. They refused to deal with it and told me to call the credit card company. Unbelievable. I paid over $1500 for merchandise I never received and Todd Snyder won’t stand behind it. It feels like theft.

Terrible experience

I shop online all the time from retailers across the globe. I came across the Todd Snyder brand about a year ago and I have been watching a particular product ALPACA POPOVER POLO IN SILVER MIST for at least a year. I wanted to take advantage of any sales due to the poor exchange rate between Canada and the US. My size is a Medium but due to the popularity of the sale only Large was available so I ordered. Almost three weeks later and no update on when the product would be shipped even though I constantly reached out. There is no international phone number for online orders so you have to rely on Chat. They take 1 - 3 days to respond to email. Anyway I waited so long their website showed Medium was in stock two weeks later so I cancelled the previous order and their customer service sent me a manual invoice for the medium which I paid immediately. Two days later they cancel my order as not in stock even though their website continues to show Medium and Large in stock. Its such a shame as this would have been my first order and the clothing looks really good. What a shame. The worst customer service I have experienced unfortunately.

Absolutely horrible customer service in…

Absolutely horrible customer service in which they have the nerve to call Concierge Customer service which it is far from. Ordered three times and got the same excuse as other reviewer that they have a warehouse move that has disrupted their orders! THATS NOT MY PROBLEM! But ironically they have the same stuff/size currently online as I originally ordered for the 70% off sale, they wanted me to re-order my order and they graciously gave me 15% off instead of 70%. The clothing for men is slim fit for men that are tall, skinny and have no athletic build whatsoever. Once you wash it forget it shrinks two sizes. The clothing is overly expensive and low quality and some of it is Champion clothing. Never will ever buy anything again from them.

Very bad customer service- Todd Snyder men’s clothing

Very bad customer service! Order placed on 12/31/23 and after a number of calls and chats with the customer service department no solution has yet to take place. The excuse of new warehouse (Boston) to old warehouse (NJ), was the reason that they gave for the fact that the order has yet to be received. After many excuses, I finally requested my money back. It’s their business and they can run it as they wish but I will never buy from this company again. There are many other quality men’s lines that do business the right way.

Terrible company

Terrible company. Does nothing to help clients after they screwed up and require YOU to reach out about their issues. You do the support for them basically. The supervisor Megan is bad and I would never order here again.

Bad Quality and Remove Bad Review

Clothes overpriced, I get it. But the quality is abysmally bad. The color is no match to the one shown on model, and wool sweater quality is gross, not soft at all.
Posted my review on the website and got removed instantly. Avoid the brand ASAP.

Zero stars

Zero stars, actually. Junk! Made in China, so should we be surprised? If you want quality knitwear, beautiful polos shirts etc, try John Smedley, everything made in the UK. Dunhill is also top quality, British, but mostly made in Italy, just gorgeous!!

Zero stars!! Buyer beware!

Would give zero stars if it was an option! Spoke with a live agent on December 19th, and after looking up my order, I was assured my order would arrive by December 24th! Then today, December 21st I get an email that they can't fulfill the order and it has been cancelled!! No time to reorder from elsewhere. Buyer beware. I was lied to, given false hope and now do not have a very wanted gift to gift 😤😤

They stopped shipping to Israel under…

They stopped shipping to Israel under the pretext of experiencing some logistical issues.
Nevertheless, they do make deliveries to the so-called Palestinian Territories.
I'll never darken their bloody doors again after having wasted more than 10 thousand dollars on Todd Snyder clothing.

Horrible Customer Service

Horrible customer service on the website, which is especially outrageous given the prices they charge. Fedex misdelivered a recent purchase and instead of reshipping the item or refunding, I am told I will have to wait 14 to 21 days for some unspecified investigation. Laughably, they call their customer service email a "concierge." This happened to another package, and the other company reshipped immediately.

Very unapologetic, even snarky in various responses to my requests for them to make it right quickly and a Google review.

They cannot fulfill their orders

1 star for their horrible order process but another 2 stars for pleasant empathetic customer service.

They cannot fulfill their orders. Clothes are nice but one of the most unreliable retail clothiers I have dealt with. I orders on 11/25/23 and as of today all they will tell me is:

Thanks for your interest in Todd Snyder. Unfortunately, due to an unusually high order volume yours may be delayed. There's nothing for you to do. We're on the case and will be sending you a shipment confirmation as soon as your order has left the warehouse.

Update: Deal with the nicest customer service rep on phone who moved my delivery to 2-day expedited service. We'll see what happens but I appreciate the effort.

Worst Retail Experience Ever

Listen to the other reviewers. The merchandise quality is subpar and the customer experience, and service, is a 0. There are too many great options out there to tolerate bad service and low grade product. Breanne, who I just spoke to was dismissive and offered zero solutions to my order issue. I just cancelled my order and requested to be removed from all future solicitations. Avoid this company at all costs.

DONT DO IT!!!

DONT DO IT!!!! Spent $250 on a hoodie. Absolutely loved it. Then washed it, exactly to the instructions on the label. Shrunk and warped so bad it’s unwearable. Then I was told by thier customer service “this isn’t a defect, here is a 15% code”. I guess the jokes on me for spending that much on a hoodie.

Satisfied Haole

Ordered 2 Todd Snyder Hawaiian summer shirts and received immediate email confirmation. Response to my customer service inquiry re: tracking number was same day. Delivery was sent Fedex on 5th business day then arrived 2 days early. Shirts came in adequate and recyclable packaging and are fantastic fit and quality. I would definitely order again.

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service! I've bought a lot of things at TS over the past couple years and have loved the quality. Recently I purchased a blazer and wasn't happy with the cuff of one of the sleeves, which was cut in a weirdly crooked way. I had removed the tags, though, and was outside the normal 30-day return window by the time I wore it and noticed the janky cuff. I called and spoke to a real person who was kind and articulate. I got an immediate credit voucher for the entire amount including tax and was emailed a label for free return shipping. Wonderful customer service experience and they've cemented my loyalty.

Extremely Disappointed - Defective Product and Ignored Customer Support

I recently purchased a pair of Birkenstock sandals from Todd Snyder, and my experience has been nothing short of disappointing and frustrating. As a long-time customer, I expected better from a brand I have trusted in the past.

Firstly, upon receiving the sandals, I was shocked to discover an unusual and unpleasant odor emanating from the product. As an experienced Birkenstock wearer, I can confidently say that this is not the high-quality standard I have come to expect from the brand. It is clear that there is a serious issue with the product's quality control or manufacturing process.

To add to my disappointment, my attempts to seek assistance through customer support were completely ignored. Despite multiple emails explaining the defect and my request for a return, there was no response whatsoever. This level of indifference and lack of concern for a loyal customer's issue is unacceptable and unethical.

I find it appalling that Todd Snyder expects customers to bear the financial burden of returning a defective product that was received in such a poor condition. This is not the way to treat loyal customers, and it only shows a complete disregard for customer satisfaction.

As a result of the unresponsiveness and inadequate support, I am now left with no choice but to share my negative experience with Todd Snyder on various platforms, including Trustpilot. Potential customers need to be aware of the subpar customer service and lack of accountability exhibited by this company.

In conclusion, I regret ever placing an order with Todd Snyder and will not be returning as a customer. I urge others to think twice before purchasing from this company, as the lack of quality and disregard for customers' concerns are simply not worth it.

This experience has left a sour taste in my mouth, and I cannot recommend Todd Snyder to anyone. As a loyal customer, I deserved much better treatment and support than what I received.

Avoid, Unethical

Avoid. Unethical organization. They lost a return of mine in the mail and refused to refund $600. Small inventory issue for them. $600 to me. Horrible customer support.

Send me the wrong item. avoid.

Send me the wrong item. After spending thousands of dollars and was told it off me 15% off my next order. Are you kidding me I want what I ordered not some cheap item which is $100 cheaper than what I paid for unfortunately I’m leaving the usa now so I won’t be able to return the item. I will never shop with this company again. The online shop is absolutely horrendous never again

VERY DISSATISFIED LONG TERM CUSTOMER

I recently placed an order for product. When i received an email saying it had arrived and it had not, I called Customer Service. Their curt reply was they had a photo of it near my property and as far as they wer concerned it was received! When I protested that I was not responsible if FedEx did not properly deliver it and asked to speak to a supervisor, they begrugingly opened an "investigation" which will take 14-20 days. Meanwhile, I have no product and have paid for the goods. Not to mention I am a six year customer who has spent close to $10k and never returns purchases! In the past, they have always been very nice but this time they were both very snippy and when I said I would no longer do business with the company if they didnt make this right, they said this was company policy no matter what my purchase history was! NO MORE TODD SNYDER for me! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
