I ordered a carry-on from this company, and with a special deal, I was supposed to get two. Although a tracking number was provided, and a form was sent a number of weeks later saying it had arrived, it never did. They laid the blame on Canada post, which never received it. If they want to do business in Canada or anywhere else, they need to deliver, and have telephone numbers and email addresses that actually work. This was a total rip-off!

I had ordered 1 floor sleep bed/mat, with the guise that if l ordered 1 l would get the 2nd one absolutely free! I have not received this item purchased in which l paid $59.00 for since 4 months ago!! The email address and Customer Service numbers are bogus!!! I’ve had enough of dealing with Chinese sellers ripping me off!!! This is the 4th time things being sold from China have stolen money from me. 🤬

Ordered Christmas presents for grandchildren and so far have not received them!
Of course, if you track the order, it was delivered, but not to my house!

This is a fraudulent company. As is any company with similar odd company names, selling more or less the same product.

Emails sent to service[at]support24h.store are all undeliverable.

Only advice is that if an offer is too good to be true, it probably is.

There are numerous companies with same odd names and they all use the same email address.

My only hope is that people use their common sense and stop to think if an offer is too good to be true.

Fraudulent site. DO NOT ORDER from here. I sent an email about canceling my order I did not receive a response for 10 days. Then someone named Paul & Alex responded with a fake tracking number for the websites track718 and 17track.net. All fake. Per the site the item was delivered via USPS with no updated tracking number. The dhipping website is from China. Alex offered me a refund or to replace the item. When I asked for a refund the response was I can only issue a refund of 60%. Customer service support email address says invalid.

Purchase an article about a week ago and I never received any confirmation of the purchase. The payment went through, but no informations available on the status, shipment or anything else. Tried to reach out to the company it is a false address cannot send anything. Do not buy from that place keep your money for something else.

Made my order through them, paid, and got my confirmation with tracking number. According to the tracking website and tracking number, my package was successfully delivered to the addressee a couple of days ago. I never received my package. On top of it, when I contacted the company, the email doesn't go through. It comes back as wrong email domain.

I ordered through this site, paid for my goods kept up with tracking and it says it was delivered when everything was closed for Christmas.
It's a big scam do not buy from this company I have asked for a refund and my tracking information has two diffrent delivery dates on 3 separate tracking websites they say it takes 5-7 days to refund but I doubt I'll get my money back so please beware this site is a scam it is not official you will not get good deals and you will just be giving them free money they need to be shut down.
