Good communication and understanding of our needs

A fabulous experience. The whole process though slightly daunting initially was done swiftly and with the highest level of professionalism and understanding. It took a week from start to finish… They treat you like a family member and not just like another conveyor belt customer… Have to give a massive shout out to Luke Addison who is a credit to the company!

Very unprofessional company.
Our offer was pulled on the last hour as my husband got his age incorrect, DOB was correct but age! Majority of the population has to think how old they are because years are flying past like days!
The company caused alot of unnecessary stress and anxiety. Would definelty not reccomend, maybe if you can work with an unreasonable company but if your used to professionism, steer clear! Have now requested in writing the reason for their refusal to seek legal advice!

The Together team were exacting in their demands for paperwork and evidence but were able to structure a mortgage for us very quickly once all requirements were. The process was clear and the release of funds was quick as well. Would no hesitate to recommend.
