Disappointed with the product and no warranty support

I am very disappointed with the warranty support from TOKIT.
I contacted customer service a few weeks ago regarding a manufacturing defect on my TOKIT Omni Cook. The lever that releases the mixing bowl broke after normal use, and since the Main Engine Frame and Mixing Bowl Body are covered under the two‑year warranty, I requested a repair or replacement.
TOKIT responded shortly after, saying they would check whether any compatible accessories or parts were available and would get back to me.
However, weeks later, I have received no updates, no solution, and no indication of when my warranty claim will be resolved.
For a premium appliance, I expected reliable customer support and a prompt resolution. Instead, I’ve been left without clear communication or action, and I am now considering taking further steps to resolve the issue.
I hope TOKIT improves their service and honours their warranty commitments.

Very disappointed in TOKIT

Very disappointed in TOKIT. Looks like there are working liar and people who doesn't care about customers. I said that because is that what happened with me. To be brief, I just placed a order for a product on Tokit website, the price was hundreds £. After 7 days i was updated with tracking number that shows the photo with the item i ordered. After few days i received the box with same tracking number provided by TOKIT but on the box was an item that on their website costs ~£15. Of course being already disappointed because i didn't know what's and why it happened, i sent to the customer service the email about issue and i requested refund as i didn't find options to apply for refund on their website. Instead to answer me to my email, Tokit decided just to update me with another tracking number, and after that with an another email with cheap excuses and another tracking number... Yes, yes... 3 tracking number just for one item, but absolutely nothing about refund. If you ask me 'did i know about this 3 tracking numbers?'No i didn't, because TOKIT decided to inform me then they wanted and more convenient for them, not for customers... With all this situation many times i emailed customer service to tell them that they are big liars and irresponsible because from tokit i saw just excuses and explanation that doesn't meet the reality but nothing about refund. Just after 2 weeks of emails and many times of requests for refund, they answered why they considered to split the item in 3 parcels... just after 2 weeks i heard that they had intention to split the in 3 parcels...! Congratulations TOKIT. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE MEET untill now...! They said also that it is not refundable until any defects will not be found on the item i ordered... Very well Tokit, very well! Do you know the rules about returns? If i have to return the item and to receive the money back i should NOT open the box as it will be refused for refund because of opened box?. Very disappointed. Don't recommend to anyone as you will have to be disappointed same as me. Avoid, avoid and again - AVOID...!!! If it is not enough, one more thing what you all should know: because is wrote a review on their website, for a short time they decided to leave my review, but because the review was bad (just one star), after few weeks the review has been deleted... Wow Tokit, it is amazing how big liar are the customer service you owe...! More frustrating and sad - TOKIT nothing wants to do with customers service that lie us... Absolutely nothing.

Not existant customer suppor

I have bought their smart induction cooker in august of last year and it has stopped working a couple of weeks ago. I tried contacting the customer support a couple of times already but did not get any response. Never buying from them again.

Disappointing service product not checked

I ordered the premium version atleast that is what I thought I did. This includes some extras for only 25 pounds more. But looking at order details it appears it was basic version of tokit Omni cooker. I asked tokit to return the item as per distance selling rules but they assured me that I can buy extras on reduced price. However after item arrived they were offering the extras on full price with a promise to refund part of it later. They are very difficult to get hold of and frequently do not answer the emails. I therefore could not trust the company and requested the return. This has been almost one week and no progress on this. This service for such an expensive item of around 700 pounds is a joke. Also the box delivered has multiple postage labels like it has been delivered to other people before arriving to us.

I placed an order on 1st June 2025 for…

I placed an order on 1st June 2025 for an induction hob on eu.tokit as i live in France. I received the order confirmation by email and paid by Paypal. The payment was taken 3rd June. I have not had a dispatch update (order processed within 2 - 4 business days) after 5 days. I contacted services who advised that there was a delay sending out order due to the 3 day holiday They would contact legistics. I then received an email from the service team telling me that the order number given was for an order placed in October 2024 but not in my name or email address.I have replied to that email with proof of purchase, previous email aplologising for the delay, proof of order number and date of purchase and proof of payment. This isnt great customer service. I have one person telling me one thing and another telling me something completely different. This is my first order with Tokit and i am very disappointed with the lack of customer service. I am 117€ out of pocket and no sign of my order. Not sure that i will be purchasing from them again if this issue isn't sorted.

Disappointed by the rice cooker

Disappointed by the rice cooker, it’s super esthetic but the performance is not at all convenient. Too slow compared to others and the buttons are not easy to use.
Also, the item comes with no instructions!!

The format is too big so it takes quite some space.
Returing the item unfortunately

This cooker is amazing!

This cooker is amazing!! Exactly what I expected.
It supports cloud recipes, there are many recipes to choose from, and I could cook different dishes every day.
Easy to operate, What I need to do is just prepare the ingredients and put them in step by step.

I can’t tell you how much I love it, It is a smart purchase recommendation!
