We ordered 2 Aniteez (wooyoung and San) they came perfectly safe with the cutest freebies ever (pins, poster, stickers) AS WELL AS TWO PHOTOCARDS 🩷🩷!!! Although it’s a bit of a wait it’s so worth it and reasonably priced! Would order again 🩷

I ordered for the first time after following Hassan for a long time and I wasn't disappointed. My order was shipped the next day and it arrived in perfect condition with cute freebies and a handwritten note. Also thank you so much for the Jin weverse album from your giveaway! I have placed many orders and I have received them all in perfect conditions whether it’s albums merch or lightstick they have all been perfectly protected. Whenever I have asked for something they will always take the time to look into it and let us know whether they are able to get it and if they can they will always make sure to put it on the site

I've only had one order so far (because I'm poor), but the guys kept me up to date on the pre-order, and the delivery expectations given were realistic. When the delivery arrived, it was in great condition, and the little extras they included were very cute. Having used Cokodive and other companies, it's refreshing to get good customer service - will definitely be using Tokkipop again.

Great communication. Although the magazine ordered was slightly damaged, there was a nice note in with it. Package done up with nice tape.

I ordered the Love Language limited edition NFC album, "Love Lock (Love Lock Ver.)", and received so fast. I ordered on the 23 May received on the 9 June.

The packaging is so well protected and also super cute with the notes that they add and stickers.

The items arrived really safely, I ordered both a photocard and a birthday kit (boxed item) and both arrived bubble wrapped and with really nice freebies and a note, great customer service 🫶

My order was a pre order and it had been slightly delayed however the customer service was phenomenal, it wasn’t their fault their supplier was delayed. They got back to me straight away when I had wanted information. They even apologised for the delay and gave me 30% off for the next 3 months. I shall be ordering again, with or without the discount they gave me.

Order was packed really well - I bought a photocard and a RETURNITY ear therapy set from them (for the San photocard haha) and I got the one I wanted!! I felt like the items were priced fairly. The order came in a reasonable time and came with some cute branded freebies (I personally find their branding very cute so this was fine for me!). Based off their TikTok owners seem really sweet and like they really care about their business (though I have not interacted with them directly as I didn't need customer service, but I reckon they would help if I needed it). Happy to support a small business and hope to buy from them again in the future!

Bought on the launch day all the way from Italy, despite the distance the package arrived quickly and in perfect conditions. Also got some cut stickers and pin. They’ve just opened but the customer care is top notch. Will definitely buy again cuz they got some of the most wanted item and are very open to requests ❤️

Bought G-Dragon and Ateez album. Both arrived very quickly and well packaged. Got a few freebees as well which is always nice and a little hand written note. Will defiantly be using this site again :)
