I have not received my order #35162 placed on November 2, 2025.

The tracking status has not been updated properly, and I am still waiting without any clear information or resolution from your side.

This situation is unacceptable.

I request an immediate resolution:
- Either resend the product, OR
- Issue a full refund without delay.

If I do not receive a response within 48 hours, I will take further action, including:
- Filing a complaint with Shopify
- Opening a dispute with my bank (chargeback)
- Reporting your store to consumer protection authorities
- Submitting complaints to international e-commerce watchdog organizations

Please take this seriously and resolve the issue as soon as possible.

I expect your reply shortly.

Been going on 6 weeks this coming…

Been going on 6 weeks this coming Tuesday. Never got the sunglasses yet. When I email them they say on the way. They have bad shipping process. I will never order from this business again.
I finally did get the glasses, they were made well.. just do not like how long it took to get them.

Never Received Product

Ordered product through T-Mobile promotion.
Still not sure why T-Mobile would be associated with this company as I never received my sunglasses after 6 weeks.
I had to file a dispute with PayPal and all of the sudden Tomahawk sends me an email telling me to drop the dispute and they'd send the sunglasses.
I refused to drop dispute because I was sure they wouldn't send the product.
After that Andrews emails were very nasty .
Save yourself the headache and "DO NOT BUY FROM TOMAHAWK SHADES"

Do not trust. Terrible delivery service.

I placed my order over two months ago and still have not received the sunglasses. I've reached out for updates multiple times with no resolution or clear timeline. This is unacceptable customer service. I would not recommend ordering from this company unless you're okay with long delays and poor communication. Very disappointed.

Brushing Scam,

Brushing Scam,

This Company refused to send my shades. Months passed, and I saw that the pair was being shipped on my tracking app. The app showed it as shipped. NO. I then went to the postal office, and they showed me a picture of the item with a different address and the same tracking number as my package being delivered in the same zip code. There is a lot of Theft and mail Tampering going on within the company.

The company don’t reply to emails or the chat on the website so I’ve never received a response or refund.

Avoid Tomahawk

Took ages to arrive, were the wrong pair, I was told the correct pair were just being manufactured and would be sent in the coming week, when they didn’t arrive I have emailed 3 times again and had no reply for 6 weeks now…just avoid!

Ordered and paid for glasses weeks ago but nothing delivered and Tomahawk say it's not their responsibility but carrier. App shows product landed in UK weeks ago but then never moved from London to my home 50 miles away.
Joke ... Definitely zero carbon as zero delivery
