Grazie ad progetto che mi ha permesso di provare e testare questo prodotto ho avuto l'opportunità di scoprire questa nuova, eccezionale ed inebriante fragranza. Essa si presenta agrumata, con note dolci di vaniglia e cuoio miste ad aromi speziati. Il profumo è corposo e ha una persistenza di 24h e, nonostante le note agrumate e fresche, penso sia ideale per questo periodo pre-autunnale. Nel complesso ritengo sia un profumo eccezionale ed elegante, adatto per tutte le circostanze. E' Super!

I bought a 50ml bottle of Azure Lime in Dublin Airport duty free, its a scent I really liked from when i first tested it.
I paid over 200€ for the fragrance only to discover that it's longevity is less than useless.
I got onto customer service 10 days ago, and still no response. Poor poor poor, here's one customer you have lost

Purchased a few pairs of Tom Fords eyewear brand
I liked the designs but that’s it. The quality is appalling
However I did not like the materials after a few months of use I started to notice the model print on the inside start to smudge off so you can barely see the model number I brought these directly off this site. So they are not fakes
Also the signature ‘T’ on the temples and on the arms
Started to deteriorate and despite using the polishing cloth it has done nothing. The price of these glasses are ridiculous they literally look like they have been made In china. Cheap materials and poor life on these. Was NOT worth the price at all. I’m not the only one complaining of this. You guys need to sort these issues out. I can’t understand why you guys are charging people over £300 for these trash quality eyewear. Other than that.
All other products are good but just avoid the eyewear.
Tom Ford atomisers
I love Tom Ford perfumes and was bought a PortoFino Neroli travel size atomiser. I am now outraged to find that now it is empty, it is useless and cannot be refilled. I have a larger bottle but it cannot be unscrewed to refill the travel one and I cannot buy the travel size refills. What is going on? This is extreme levels of waste.

Shocking online service
Shocking online service. Placed an order for sunglasses, didn’t hear anything for few days so emailed them.Informed waiting to be processed then once processed will be shipped. Emailed again today as still not heard anything was told that my order had been ‘stuck’ so not processed. They said they would email to find out if what happened and that they would reply back to me within 3-5 days. I’ve cancelled the order, by the time I get the sunglasses the winter nights will be drawing in. Love the Tom Ford brand, badly let down by the Tom Ford online experience. It really does not help the brand having such a clunky and inefficient online ordering process.
Good experience, good products, quick delivery
There are a lot of negative comments on here, so I thought I would share a good one. I purchased some Tom Ford fragrance on Saturday and it was delivered today (Tuesday) without any problem.
I have given it 4 stars because I did not get any dispatched email/notification and the delivery time of the item was different from the hour slot provided on the DHL text.
But, overall I can't complain about the process or quality of the items. I received some complimentary additional products due to a recent promotion which was nice.
The bad reviews did give me some concern of legitimacy once I placed my order, but as I received my products today then I think this deserves a good review.
A small improvement in the order update/status notifications and I would have given 5 stars.

I really wished I had read these reviews before I purchased from Tom Ford. This is the worst customer service I have ever received and they are a high end brand!! CS takes responsibility for absolutely NOTHING!! Firstly clearly says "in stock" when ordering then after they have your money out of stock!! any email waste of time its all just automated response via AI more chance of a politician giving a straight answer to a question. When you call the line is so bad (out of four calls I had a clear line once) even this was "out of their control" Really!! no refund and zero information. Honestly avoid direct dealings if you can. Go to Selfridges
Customer Service Exceptionally Poor
No sign of dispatch after a week and a half. Customer services do not seem to answer any queries with a number of emails required before they even agreed to check the status of the order to then say it would take 3-5 business days before they could tell me what is happening with the order.

Purchased a pair of glasses and after a while, the lenses started to protrude at the top of frames
I took them to an optician and were told that they had essentially worn and weren’t holding the lenses correctly and he couldn’t do anything because it was a fault with the manufacture of the glasses themselves.
Contacted Tom Ford and they’ve literally brushed it off as not their problem and would take the complaint on board. No offer to look at them. Nothing.
If you want to spend £250+ on a pair of glasses, don’t use Tom Ford and if you want to buy anything and have good customer service should there be a problem, I wouldn’t buy Tom Ford.
Got sold a fake by John Lewis
Was sold a fake bottle of Tobacco Vanille from John Lewis, Drove over an hour to Wilmslow John Lewis store after being instructed to by customer service to get a refund only for a store manager to come out with a camera filming me accusing me of trying to return counterfeit goods (trying to scam them out of £250). Got in touch with Tom Ford and they sent me a real bottle which was very good of them as it was not really their problem it was John Lewis for selling the bottle to me. Overall very happy with the customer service from Tom Ford and will remain a loyal customer for many years to come.
Appalling
Appalling, charged six times for one item and the order wasn't even received. 6 days later and the funds are still pending and therefore unavailable to me. Twice the customer service team take no ownership and expect it to resolve itself. Avoid at all costs. Tell everyone how bad Tom ford is.
Terrible website and service
Ordered item from their website late November. Website experience is poor, lots of items not in stock but not removed from the website. Have to click into each item to discover that it’s not in stock. Every time you navigate back, the pop up for the newsletter subscription pops up.
Item I ordered shows in stock and so I pay. Then….. silence, no notifications, money charged from card, and I wait, and wait. Two weeks later, I realise item still not here, check my card that day and the company have sent the money back to my card. Just a credit on my card two weeks later. No notification, no explanation. I phone customer services and they tell me the item is out of stock. BUT we check online whilst on the phone call and it shows IN STOCK still. So I order it again! Same thing happens!
I email to the customer services team to advise them - they are robotic responses, not a personalised service. They apologise the item is out of stock and if I am disappointed by this. Are you joking?’ I’m disappointed because your website is a joke and you take money and then cancel orders for items you can’t fulfil. Also the item you tell me on email is not on stock, still shows IN STOCK on your website. It takes a few emails to get the customer services (nameless emails) to realise that they need to DO SOMETHING about this item showing in stock for customers.
I am told there is no director or person responsible for the website or their service - which hopefully is untrue but just indicative of how they want to fob you off with platitudes and ‘so sorry’.
Worst website and service of a luxury brand - Tom would be shocked if he knew the joke that his company has become to customers based on these reviews. Store experience is fantastic - they need to close the online web shop, it’s appalling

Shocked to hear Tom Ford is on the boycott list. I have about 15 bottles I've bought over the last two years. At around 300euros a bottle. That's quite an investment. But I met tom in London. At Gucci design team.i was the interior designer who did his pool house. I have two closets of vintage Gucci samples he gave me. 1998. How sadden he must feel that his name is associated with genocide. I would rather sleep with a clean conscious. Ps I have 6 tom Ford eyeglass frames. Never again!
Empty Bottle of Cologne
i purchased Noir and Oud wood at Gatwick Duty free in September - when home i put the unopened Noir in my drawer whilst the existing bottle was finished. Today i opened the plastic packaging, and box to remove the bottle and found to my horror that the bottle was absolutely empty not a drop of cologne to be found. I contacted TF today and their response was you should only purchase through reputable retailers!!! so TF have a concession at Gatwick Duty Free and that is not reputable?? The flippancy of the response was beyond belief, rest assured i will not let this go.
Clearly a bottling error not a customer error. All of a sudden my favourite cologne feels tainted.

Sold expired beauty products!!!! Purchased the Traceless Foundation Stick and The Soft Matte Foundation ($90 each) Nov 2023, ordered directly from Tom Ford expecting fresher batches of foundations compared to ordering from another authorized retailer (Sephora, Nordstrom). I couldn’t believe when I received my order to find both foundations were manufactured in 2019, both over a year expired. Contacted customer service immediately, assumed I’d need to return and they’d send replacements, I waited a week for a response, customer service only offered a refund once the products were returned, no replacements!? I’ll be shipping them back but beyond frustrated, what a waste of my time. Beware Buyers: Check the batch codes, this company doesn’t have an issue selling expired products. I have a funny feeling the foundations Ill be returning will eventually be sold to another customer.. I’ll never buy Tom Ford products directly from them again..
Tom Ford Oud Wood a big zero
I’ve been using Tom Ford Oud Wood for the past 4 years,I purchased a new bottle yesterday from a reputable company only to find well when I got home that the sillage longevity and projection was non existent..I’ve made enquires and the formulation has changed…why hasn’t TF come clean and admit there is an issue with this product…All I can say is do not purchase this product ! I’m gutted as I now have a 100ml bottle that smells of nothing like the bottle I purchased a year ago ! Perhaps drink it
