Currently USPS has been having long delays on orders, sometimes exceeding 8 days for 2 day shipping, and we are in the middle of opening our first store so there has been some pushback on our end. Lack of communication..
I am putting 4 stars for delivery time & lack of communication. They had emailed me a week after my order placement stating they would ship in before the end of the week or sooner due to being in a process of a new office building.After a whole month of no contact i got it shipped. The product was in great condition though.
