FRAUDS!!!!! Do not buy anything from them. Take your money and never receive products. Emails go unanswered and mysteriously there is no phone number.

I ordered two of the fingerling monkeys on 9/18/17. My card was charged right away, but I still have not received my order. Does anyone know how to dispute the charge? Do I go to paypal or to my bank? Please do not believe the ads or order from this company! I had my doubts, now I feel dumb for ordering.

Horrible, Bad, Not a Company that I will ever do business with again.
Placed and order on Sept 12th, CC charged that day. Product I ordered has still not arrived. Its Oct 24th. I have contacted customer service with no response. I would not ever buy from this company again. Tomorrow I contact the credit card company to start a dispute.

I ordered my Fingerlings Sept. 9, I've emailed them twice and have never heard a word back from them. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

It's been 39 days today that I ordered the monkey set. I'm so angry with this company. It states to allow up to 39 days for delivery..... They lied. Beginning to think they took my money and they are a scam company. I looked up my account with them and it says unfulfill STILL. THE IS BULL CRAP. I'm giving it a couple more days and then I'm filing a complaint of fraud with them through my credit card and with customs...

Sorry I had to choose a star at all!! This is definitely a NO STAR company! ordered Fingerlings on Sept 18th, have emailed twice, no response!! A bunch of bull!!

UPDATE: So these people emailed and said that they canceled my order and credited my account. GREAT! But today I find that now they have shipped the items and recharged my card. Well guess what! I have already ordered others to replace what they didn't send in the first place!! These people are AWFUL!!!!!!!

Our factory in China has just started to back on working this Monday due to the big festival and national holiday in the year, Mid-autumn. We have been trying our utmost but just handled a certain amount of orders. I'm sorry that I can't keep my promise of earlier delivery for your order. I know this is so frustrating and unacceptable. Your understanding would mean the world to us now. If you would like to keep the order we would like to refund you 10% for the continuous delay and also a coupon of 20% for the next order on our catalog.
Tomorrow I will receive the 1st package from our factory. Not in bulk but sure will help especially with first orders like yours. We will be receiving a large parcel on Oct 15th and hopefully possible to fulfill most of your orders. Please do us a favor, we promise your order will come at our earliest.

Ordered the Fingerling Baby Monkey on September 17, 2017 and I am still waiting...it's been over a month. I'm beginning to believe I will never see this item. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Ordered September 5, 2017. Still have not received item. Item sitting in China since beginning of October. Poor communication. Want my money back.

Going thru the same stuff, can't get my items, been 2 months now and I keep getting emails saying they are out of stock and will send as soon as they get more in..

Will never order from this company again..

33 days and still no shipping info or product. Won't respond to emails or PayPal contact attempts. Will dispute charges but I doubt PayPal will be able to do anything.

Ordered 2 items and they should have been delivered in 15-20 days (USA), after 20 days tried to contact seller but didn't reply then contacted them saying CANCEL the order. Evenually they replied to say they didn't have the item in stock it was expected in 14 days, so adding another 20 days for delivery it would add up to 62 days, that is if it ever arrived. By then I wouldn't be able to claim refund via Paypal.

Terrible customer service. Goods arrived lover a month late. Buy one get one free offer still on site 6 weeks after they say it had expired. Customer service rep was a joke and when I asked for a supervisor to contact me he refused to pass the message on. Spend your money with a company that cares - this one certainly doesn't

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They post incorrect information on their advertisements and website FAQ. I purchased an item that was to deliver in 15-20 days; it has been 22 days and it has not even left China yet. They sent it via USPS, so I expect the total time to exceed 30 days. AWFUL company.

I ordered a knee brace on July 16. It is now August 17. STILL no merchandise. E-mailed a week ago - electronic response and then nothing. E-mailed today, asking for proof of shipment or refund to my account. NOT HAPPY.

I would give them a negative of I could. I too have not received my merchandise. My emails go unanswered. They took my money and now almost a month later still have not received my merchandise

I placed an order 2 weeks ago and it still has not shipped. They took my money and will not respond to my email inquiry regarding shipping information. If I don't hear from them today I am disputing the charge on my card and I will get my money back, and NEVER buy from them again.
