Absolutely terrible experience with Tom’s trunks.

Upon receiving my order I had been sent the wrong pair of shorts. Upon emailing Tom’s trunks I was told I’d have to post the shorts back (a little inconvenient I thought but acceptable).

Tom’s trunks agreed to then send out the correct pair but after 4 more days of waiting and informing them I would need the shorts in time for a trip abroad on Wednesday (I had ordered the shorts over a week before) I was told my requested shorts were no longer in stock.

I’m now still awaiting my refund from Tom’s trunks and the whole experience has just been absolutely appalling, their level of customer service is an abysmal with little to no interest in reconciling the issue.

If you value your time and money you’ll avoid this company at all costs

Unfortunately I had to return my items, due to the fit- but the customer service (hello@tomstrunks email) was really quick at responding, and sorted my return quickly.

I did have to nudge on the tracking / refund process, but they were quick to investigate and fast track the refund .

I will say the quality of the products was really good, and I would have kept them if they fit perfectly. Sadly my legs are too long for the trousers !

Customer service and delivery time is outstanding! My now favourite trousers and also my favourite company to order from as they are just so efficient and fast. Trousers are insanely comfortable and they are now my staple summer trousers! Cannot recommend this company enough!!

I inadvertently ordered the wrong size. I contacted Tom’s Trunks who responded promptly. Zara was so very helpful and was fantastic - my order was refunded so I could reorder the correct size. Excellent communication and very efficient- also a great product!
