Some trousers I received as a gift were out of the return window by the time I'd opened and tried them on - but I was so disappointed as I knew I really wanted to keep them - just in a larger size! Romy in the customer happiness team could not have been more helpful, replying within a few hours to my email (on a Saturday!) she extended my item so I could return it, then when I couldn't find my delivery label, sent it to me directly (again replying super quickly on the weekend). I am delighted with my item, and would recommend this brand to anyone, for both the great quality items and the great customer service!

Have had to swap a couple of items over time for different sizes and the service has been very helpful. Not least when I sent an SOS whilst at the post office as I could not find return barcode.

Their shipping is quicker than Amazon Prime! I ordered last night at 7PM and received my order today at 11AM. All that with standard shipping, by the way!
As always the quality of the items is amazing and I can't wait to gift them to my family.

Terrible customer service from Romy had a fault with linen trousers with marks on them when recieved. denied a return Romy's reply use washing up liquid. Why should I spend so much on new trousers and have to do this . Partial refund offered until I contacted the head office then suddenly I could have these exchanged at a cost to myself . And days later my exchange has been processed wrong ! And until I emailed was not refunding the cost to myself for return and exchange .
