Great experience with Aaron in the Bristol branch, he’s so down to earth and friendly… I love having my keratin treatment with him… he’s very unique and so refreshing…I have never met such a nice person as him before in a saloon.

Leah is the best! She’s been colouring my hair for the past 18 months - I lost a lot of hair after child birth and she’s looked after me so well and taken so much care with my hair. The condition has improved so much. Thank you Leah!

Booked a senior hair stylist hopping for a more qualified professional cut! How wrong I was!
I told the stylist I wanted long lares in my hair, I came out with short all over that I'm struggling to blow dry.
Absolutely waste of money and now will have to wait till it grows to do anything with it.
Do not pay more for a senior stylist in the cromer salon.

Had an appointment at Toni and Guy Newcastle Ridley place. They called and asked if I could come in early, which I did, when I got there, they had booked another customer, and I had to wait nearly an hour. The whole experience, seemed rushed, and I felt completely unattended to. The hair cut itself took 15-20 minutes, and again felt rushed. I was very unhappy with the haircut. Horrible experience. Talentless staff. Will not go back again.

I waited a long time to come back to Toni and Guy and was so ready to trust my hair would look lovely and it does. I knew I could trust it would work had a new very short hair style and I absolutely love it best hair cut I’ve ever had it truly works for me. At 55 I changed my life for a new me and needed a new hair cut I am so grateful to how lovely he was with me and will be hopefully where I can come back regularly now to have him cut my hair couldn’t be happier. If I was going to go short Toni & Guy is the only place I would allow that to happen. From start to finish nicest experience.

I’m very satisfied with my experience at Tony&guy. I had a colour change performed by Ian, he is very knowledgeable and he fixed what I thought was un fixable. If you looking for an amazing result, he is the person you need to speak to. I also had a great hair cut by Delcy. Definitely going back.

It was a great experience from beginning to end, Courtney was lovely, she listened and explained the process. The head massage coupled with the massage chair was a nice touch!

Ana-Maria always gives me a good advice and cuts my hair perfectly. She manages to make my very short hair look feminine and attractive.

All staff are friendly & welcoming.
Lorna is an excellent hairdresser. I'm always amazed how she styles my hair just as I want it.

I took my son for a haircut and he was really happy with his haircut. He has curly hair and his hair came out great and they had great knowledge about curly hair.

So always go here to get my fresh hair cut which may I add spend over £100 just for a cut and blow dry but this time hardly did any changes at all and blow dry was done nice but one layer maybe but don’t even notice it , asked for more layers and did then message the person whom had cut it and was ignored comeplety won’t return I really annoyed as I kept coming here

First time trying this Tony and Guy branch and i had an amazing experience. My stylist Maddie did and amazing job, exactly what i wanted to a tee. Would definitely recommend customer service is amazing and super quick. I will definitely be back!!

Extremely overpriced and poor service. They're not transparent about their prices upfront, if I knew it would be that expensive, I would certainly have chosen another salon. I was charged almost 300 euros for a simple haircut and some highlights. The haircut wasn't very nicely done, with curls were uneven and the hair still looked pretty flat after the blow dry. I used to pay less than 100 euros for the same thing in another salon and my hair would still look nicer than this.

Very disappointed. First of all I was waiting 45 minutes before I had my hairdresser come to wash my hair, offering me a head massage, I stupidly accepted it. I felt like I was being man handled while my hair line felt like it was being pushed back. To then have my hair very poorly cut after growing it for 6months. Setting me back £75 bloody pound. Then had to go to get another hair cut as my hair remained in my bloody eyes. I thought I would be safe going to a hair salon with such a good reputation. Unfortunately you can’t get refunds in these type of situations, and even then I still wouldn’t be satisfied.

Complimenti ad Andrea per il taglio che mi ha fatto: davvero eccellente. Con il passare del tempo ho capito quanto fosse preciso e perfetto per i miei capelli, che sono lisci e molto setosi e quindi non facili da tagliare.
Mi ha fatto capire una cosa importante: la vera bellezza dei capelli parte da un buon taglio. Grazie per la professionalità e per l’attenzione ai dettagli.

Balayage straordinario di Federica
Vorrei esprimere un ringraziamento speciale a Federica per il balayage che mi ha fatto. È stato un lavoro davvero straordinario.

Il risultato è incredibilmente naturale e luminoso: i capelli sembrano schiariti dal sole, con sfumature morbide e armoniose. È proprio il tipo di balayage autentico che non si vede spesso, perché richiede grande sensibilità, precisione e gusto estetico.

Ho apprezzato moltissimo il suo modo di lavorare e l’attenzione che mette nel risultato finale. Si percepisce quando un lavoro è fatto con cura e passione.

Sono stata davvero molto felice del risultato e voglio ringraziarla di cuore per la professionalità e per il bellissimo lavoro.
