Ditched Redtail and started TOOLKIT
I switched to Toolkit CRM eight months ago after struggling with Redtail for two years. What made this experience completely different was the implementation process - they actually assigned me a real person who worked with me to build out my workflows instead of just handing me login credentials and saying "good luck."
The biggest win has been the service model automation. I can finally deliver consistent experiences to my A, B, and C tier clients without manually tracking everything in spreadsheets. My quarterly client reviews now happen automatically, follow-ups are scheduled based on client classification, and I haven't missed a single client anniversary since switching.
Three things stand out: the white-glove onboarding, the actual usability of the software, and the support. Most CRMs throw features at you and hope something sticks. Toolkit built exactly what I needed for my practice. The interface makes sense, tasks sync perfectly with client profiles, and everyone on my team is on one page.
