The product arrived in good condition, It was received as described online. I'd use Toolmart again.

Ordered a router online. Heard nothing from them. After a few days I called them to see where it was. They told me it was not in stock and they had to order it from their supplier. It took over two weeks to arrive! Why the hell was it still on their website if they had no stock?

The special order Item was despatched in the promised time frame. My expectation was fulfilled.

Called help desk eventually and had been told that it had not been processed.
Took another week before finally received the goods - overall 4 weeks for something marketed as in stock and ready to go...

Quick dispatch, it came from WA to Sydney in a reasonable time, toolmart kept me posted. Reason for me choosing them was the price the rest was a bonus to be honest!

Would I choose them again? Well that totally depends on the price when purchasing my next item.

Would I recommend them? If the price is right! Sure why not..

I ordered two Gyprock saws and have been waiting over a month for them. Could have walked to the other side of Australia and picked them up myself.
