Delivery time and service was very good particularly how close it was to the Christmas craziness. The actual product didn't really do the job of pulling the rear wiper bush from it's axle as the puller arms and claw were not long enough or deep enough to envelope the entire wiper bush. but was enough to pull the plastic casing off the aluminium section, allowing me to cut it away with a hack-saw. But I could have just used a hack saw from the get go without needing the tool - but I wanted to try to do it properly. But maybe it's not designed for the very old A-class rear wiper. but for £ 9.00 it wasn't too painful a purchase and I'll hang on to it... It'll probably come in handy for other jobs.

I bought a Lumberjack Sds drill from Toolsave on eBay first time I used it it stopped drilling so I checked everything and also the grease inside the drill
Eventually contacted Toolsave Who were not interested and said eBay should pay for the return postage but that didn't cover the 8kg weight postage, I have over the last three years spent hundreds of pounds with tool save They eventually refunded half the £90 saying I did not grease the drill ( which should be fit for use )
I will never buy anything from them again Totally dissaponted Beware !!!

No Feedback to say you’re received my order but still good service over Christmas

AVOID AT ANY COST!!! Purchased dust extractor on 5/11 since that time no updates about item such duspatch/delivery. Sent email a week later if they can provide me with any delivery updates. Received message from seller today 11/10 that the item is not available anymore. Kept my money for a week, did not let me know earlier that there is an issue with item. Wasted time!!! Now have to wait another week to receive full refund where I need the tool to complete the job, Avoid!!!

I am considering buying a router and table. I have studied the Lumberjack specification and now shall be considering further whether I can justify the purchase.

At the moment it seems unlikely!

Hi was promised spare blades for my thicknesser so I would buy there's but never received them .they will say anything to get a sale

I’m a big believer that great customer service isn’t so much about getting it right every time but about how you respond when things go wrong. I ordered a basic scroll saw that turned out to be out of stock; I was contacted very quickly and offered an alternative saw with more features at no extra cost that arrived very promptly. Really happy with the saw, it doesn’t seem to have compromised features or quality despite the modest price. The fact the light is an incandescent bulb is amusingly retro at this point though!

Bought a lumberjack 18v cordless nail gun just over 12 month ago, needed a repair after 9months or so, went to use it again, 2 weeks ago it was working fine for the first 20mins then stopped. I phoned toolsave for advice they said it was the battery but they didn't have any in stock, checked again today still no stock, it's a good job I have a spare vanhause nail gun. I still don't think the battery should be knackered after using it only a few times, won't be wasting money on anymore lumberjack tools.
