This is a scam just like everyone else we’ve been duped ! Ordered on the 8th of November and now it seems there’s no way of contacting the company. How is this allowed to happen?

Ordered a makita sds drill and same results as everyone else and got scammed.

It's a scam site. I paid £60 for a battery but never received it. They never answered my emails, just ghosted me. Don't use them

Ordered a nail gun no gun no response to emails nothing now they don't exist fraud ok

Totall scam, no product, no refund, website non exist. Avoid

Scammers.
Took my money 3 weeks ago and no product. Don't answer the phone and they don't reply to emails.
I now have to go through the bank to recover my money.
WATCH OUT.

URGENT WARNING
Do not buy anything from this company its 100%fraudulent I luckily had a refund from my credit card company after purchasing from this company of goods that of this day I have not received.

I ordered a battery 2 wks ago and i still haven't received it or any further delivery info. I can't even access their website anymore as it says it is unreachable!

This is a scam, no item, fake tracking number. Phone line usually unanswered and when you do speak to someone they plain lie about delivery date. Had to threaten with trading standards to get refund. Website now down, so presumably gone bust or shut down anyway.

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering something from this company 😕 What a load of scumbags.

Same story as everyone else, website now dead, not looking good on any front here now!
Contacted several times made many promises regarding delivery etc but complete scam the whole setup.
I just hope it was trading standards that shut the show down and its not just them packing up shop and doing a runner.
Over to the bank now I suppose, hope everyone else fairs out OK, would love to track down this gangster and take a wee trip from Norther Ireland here and give him an Ulster greeting. Good Luck everyone.

Been absolutely scammemail saying I'll arrive in forty eight seventy two hours hours what A joke email saying it's on its way constantly. Email them now no answer

Chased it a few days later via email which I actually got a response from saying there’s a delay and it will be out soon weeks later still nothing after several follow up emails and a promise of a refund from this company

Ordered on the 18th of Nov 2023 heard nothing. they don't reply to email. website forms and the phone number doesn't work.

Same result as everybody else, emails sent no reply going for chargeback through card company when I spoke to my bank they said this company had come up several times so why are they still in existence? It beggars belief so steer clear.

Ordered a Makita Drill. No update 10 days later. Order still being processed!

DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
Ordered a makita saw, order status never changed, so emailed them and asked for a refund. They replied and said it would take 7 days to go into my bank.
It never happened and all emails, texts and phone calls were unanswered.
So have had to put it in the hands of my bank to get the money back.
Why this site is still advertising on Google is a joke. They should vet these companies to protect the public!

Purchased welding equipment which was never delivered.
Toolsmaster dashboard and email consistently showed order progress and item had left the warehouse.
The appointed courier (UPS) has only printed a label, the item was never dispatched to UPS.
Despite cancelling the order - no refund was ever given - and no item was ever delivered.
I recommend that you DO NOT purchase anything from this company.

I have received no response from tool master and the support email address doesn’t exist neither does the phone number so have been to my bank to try and claim my money back so avoid at all cost ordering any thing from the harrow store
