I ordered a furniture bleach which consisted of an A and a B solution. When it arrived there were 2 B solutions. I asked if this could be rectified and was immediately sent the correct order - absolutely no problem. I call that top service !! Thank you.

Perfect for what I needed.
The weedkiller I ordered does not usually come in these type of quantities or in sachets. Perfect for what I needed. This was easy to order and had next day delivery.
Delivery was on time and packaging was a cardboard box not a plastic bag,

Difficult to contact for post sale
I bought a 'whirlygig' washing line which arrived damaged. These things happen - but trying to get in touch with the company is very difficult to get it returned. They have contacted me but not answering the original question, this is now 10 days after my initial email. I just wish there was a phone number to call!
