Our stay here was extremely bad
Our stay here was extremely disappointing, and honestly the worst customer service experience I have ever had.
We were a group of 10 people renting 2 apartments from May 6th to May 11th. During our stay, there were several days of heavy rain, and one of the apartments experienced a serious water leak. This was not a minor issue — large amounts of water were coming into the apartment.
We contacted management immediately, but their response was completely inadequate. We were told that nothing could be done for 2–3 days and that the only solution they could offer was to provide extra towels so that we could clean up the water ourselves. No one came to inspect or properly address the issue while we were there.
As a result of the leak, my AirPods and iPad were damaged by the water. When we requested compensation for the damages and for the unacceptable conditions, they refused and simply said “sorry.”
What made the situation even worse was the follow-up message we received from management, which falsely claimed they had offered meaningful assistance and that we declined help. This is simply not true. Throughout the entire process, we felt dismissed, not taken seriously as paying customers, and repeatedly misled.
A leak severe enough to cause property damage should have been treated as an urgent matter, not brushed aside with extra towels and excuses.
I would strongly advise others to avoid staying here unless they are willing to risk poor maintenance, lack of accountability, and extremely disappointing customer service
