The pricing and communication was excellent. If I had a question the support people got back near immediately (during clearly communicated business hours). The only reason I knocked a star was because the estimated ship time was 2-3 weeks and it was closer to 5-6. I understand that is mostly on highcom not giving accurate estimates but it would be nice to have more accurate estimates. That said I will definitely be ordering from top armor again and I’ve already recommended them to friends and coworkers.

The Highcom side plates I ordered I got for a great price, they shipped out when they said they would and arrived a few days later. Would order from them in the future for sure. Go to TopArmor for your armor needs they deliver much quicker than some of the other armor dealers out there.

Shipped fast but packaging needs to be more discreet. The Top Armor tape covering the box is not discreet at all.

Order came super fast! I wish they had more tactical accessories in-stock and their prices were definitely higher than buying directly from the manufacturer (Agilite in this case), but the fact that everything came within about 3 days during the holidays makes me give them 5 stars.

Very happy with my purchase of Highcom products through Top Armor. Best prices I could find and great options to choose from. Only advice I could give, and this is by no means a ding on Top Armor at all, is to be aware that if you order two products with different shipping dates that you may have to wait for the longer wait time item for the both products. Which is standard for most items in this industry. I would definitely buy from Top Armor again!

Ease of use on the website, got my plates cheaper than I could find anywhere else along with the military / LE discount. Plates were at my door less than a week after purchase. Very happy overall will definitely buy from them again
