Uploaded my ID documents yesterday and got approval. Today they're asking for the exact same documents again. Support says its a different check but honestly feels like nobody's talking to each other here.

Asked about my withdrawal and got told it was processing as one payment. Couple of days later, half showed up and the rest vanished from my account. Support keeps giving me different answers.

Asked for my passport to verify my account, sent it in. Week later they asked for the same passport again like they never got it. Had to dig through emails to prove I already submitted it.

Just had to provide my driving license twice within 3 days. First time they said it wasnt clear enough, second time I sent it again and they approved it immediately. Why didnt they just tell me the first time.

Tried playing Book of something on desktop and it completely froze during the bonus round. Reloaded the page and my winnings just disappeared. Support claimed everything was fine but I lost money.

Weekend customer service is a joke. Got queued on Friday night for what looked like a simple question, but the wait was so long I gave up. Really poor timing on their part.
