Fake site. Please avoid. My purchase is neither tracked or missing cashback claim settled after freaking 6 months.

I never used the app for cashback. I had always used the web. I used it for 5 years. I had a good run. They were prompt in giving cashabck. I have gotten paid Rs 7929.95/- in total in cash and amazon pay credit. They are shutting down in India. I'll miss them. I used to rely on them for coupon codes more than cashback. I liked their customer care very much.

Horrible service. They take several months to give cashback!

What a shambles topcashback is ,took me nearly a month to get my first cash back from iceland for £15 then found I've joined as a premium member for £5 . Tried to cancel my account cant find the link at all dont think it exists . They make it impossible to do anything .

Made three purchases via TopCashBack, as far as I could tell, according to the guidelines - not one of them has registered.

Waste of time - avoid.

So far pays 1 small cashback out of 2 and systematically declines all medium to large cashbacks. They promise you great returns but ended up acknowledging 15% of they money owed at best. It's probably one of these clever frauds

Been with topcashback for a number of years and found the staff very helpful, but I have noticed recently that any big payouts are getting declined. Everytime it has been because they say they haven't been the last referral. Strange that I never seem to have problems with small payouts. I have decided to look for another option to get cash back and will be closeing my account with topcashback.

Topcashback start off good, paying the cashback that they advertise. Soon after cashback fails to track with merchants which it had on previous occasions, using exactly the same process of purchasing.

When a claim is raised TCB reply with an automated response stating

"I am sorry to tell you that your claim has been declined as the network has not identified ourselves as the last referral to the merchant’s site and this transaction"

Utter nonsense, no such other referral is ever used - its just an easy way for TCB to avoid paying the cashback they advertise.

I have decided to take any monies from my account and stop using it. I would rather just go to the retailer direct and get no cashback than be duped into using an affiliate that doesn't then payout.

Lets not forget that TCB also gets their cut on the sale as well as the cashback that is supposed to be paid out to the customer so not paying out the customers percentage is just clean wrong.

Ever thought something was good to be true? Generally they are. Same goes for TopCashBack.

I was sent a link to join TopCashBack for a £10 bonus when I spent £10 on iTunes. Well guess what? Once I did this, TopCashBack tracked and recorded the sale but then procrastinate that in fact you didn’t do the transaction and it wasn’t recorded. I even took screenshots of the transaction and even in TopCashBack’s account section they provide you with it permanently says the £10 is waiting to credit your account and that the transaction was recorded. Alas, customer services deny and defer and then use different bots/monikers (or are they real people?) to deny your transaction took place. I even spent more than I was required too and if all had gone according to plan would have proceeded to use this site had their marketing waffle been in good faith.

Buyer beware on this one. They won’t even let me close my account lol. Been trying for an hour.
