Terrible experience – refund ignored despite timely cancellation
Extremely disappointing experience – cancellation ignored and refund delayed
I have been in dispute with this company for almost two months now. They made an incomplete delivery, and I cancelled the order immediately within the required legal timeframe. However, my cancellation was ignored. Since then, I have had to send countless emails, while the company keeps delaying the process instead of resolving the issue properly.
The company now claims that no refund is possible because the product was allegedly custom-made. This is not correct. The product had standard dimensions according to the information shown on their own website. Nevertheless, they later claimed that the item was made to measure and therefore could not be returned.
They also already organised a GLS return collection, and the product was picked up by GLS. Despite this, the company still refuses to process the refund properly.
In my opinion, this is extremely unprofessional, disorganised and unacceptable customer service. I feel that the company is trying to avoid refunding my payment by using incorrect arguments and unnecessary delays.
I have requested an immediate refund. If this is not resolved, I will escalate the matter to consumer protection authorities and seek legal advice.
Based on my experience, I strongly advise against ordering from this company.
