They were great! They worked with me and made custom modifications to multiple shirts so that I could get exactly what I wanted. I have worked with them multiple times to get custom shirts and I love them all! I have also gotten refunds and new replacement shirts just for the price of replacement shipping. Their customer service has been friendly and helpful and has gotten back to me quickly as well.

Slow shipping & misleading customer service
I ordered my item w/ an estimated arrival of about 2 weeks out. I contacted customer service to cancel the order since it had been 2 weeks & I still had not received any email confirmation that the item was processed & shipped. After a lot of back & forth, they replied asking if I was sure I wanted to cancel my order since their product was high quality & my item was packed & ready. I asked how long it would take to arrive since by now, it had been 1.5 months & they said approx 7 days. I decided to just proceed, but as soon as I confirmed via email, I got another email saying that my item would take another 7 days to process before shipping out. I replied again requesting to cancel since I did not appreciate that the prior email was misleading. They replied stating that my item was going to be shipped. Finally got the item about 2mos after ordering and it looks like a picture that was blown up (image is pixelated) & ironed onto the shirt. Complete waste of money & time. I’ll likely wear this shirt to sleep as I just don’t even want to deal with a return or risk not getting a refund given their customer service isn’t great.

Excellent quality slow delivery but worth it.
I don’t understand any review saying poor quality. I feel like the shirts were very high quality. I had to wait almost a month to get them but it was honestly worth it. So much so that I have already placed another order for 10 more shirts. The crop is amazing! I would only say if you’re gonna order the t shirts are everyone sizing not women’s. So order smaller than you think.

I ordered a shirt from this company. It took a month and me emailing them about how long it had been since I ordered the shirt with no shipping updates for them to finally reply some lame AI excuse. Two more weeks later there was movement and it arrived. This shirt was the worst material and looked terrible. Don’t order from them!

It took two months to receive my order…
It took two months to receive my order of three shirts- they did respond to my emails saying there was a fire in the warehouse (which is clearly in china) and that’s why it took so long. I feel like they should have sent an email to their customers about the delay. Also, the shirts are a cheap material (they don’t really feel like cotton, but a mixture of poor materials) and the images on the shirt are just vinyl and not screen printed on.
UPDATE:
Customer service did get back to me and they were very helpful. The shirts did shrink quite a bit, but two of them were wearable. They refunded the third shirt so I updated my review from 1 to 3 stars

The best crop tops!
I love their clothing! I've recently started wearing crop tops and they have the best selection with the funniest sayings/pictures. I am probably up to 10 tees and will definitely be ordering more! Customer service also can't be beat!!

Easy ordering and resolving of issues
I ordered 3 shirts in May of 2026 and received all three about 3 weeks later. I had no trouble ordering or receiving my items. One item, however, had a printing error and was missing a letter. I emailed the company and received a response the following day. I sent over a photo of the shirt and the error and their customer service representative was very apologetic of the printing error and immediately fixed the issue by shipping me a replacement shirt. The issue was dealt with swiftly which was appreciated.

Even tho I can’t review the actual shirts yet. I wanted to leave them a 5 star review just for the customer service and communication alone. Sadly my package was stolen off my front porch. So I didn’t get the shirts. But customer service has been absolutely fantastic with their help and communication. This has to be a scam
Second Update: I never received a refund as you stated. You took my $51.07 and never sent the items I ordered. You have yet to send the items OR issue a refund. Stop lying. This is 100% a scam. Once something is shipped, you can’t stop it in transit. It was never sent! What you sent me was a bogus tracking number from a company that scammers use. This is now a dispute between you and my bank for fraud.
Update: I have not received the items and I was provided a fake tracking number. The company keeps asking if I want them to still ship the items. I think they forgot they sent me a fake tracking number. I ended up disputing this transaction with my bank. There was no refund or resolution.
This has to be a scam. It’s been almost two weeks and I still haven’t received a tracking number let alone my package. I wanted these items for a trip but I’m starting to think it isn’t going to happen. This company is giving scam artist energy. From the reviews it seems like I’m not the only one.
