Bought shoes on another website who deal with TLO was told seller was UK based when i bought online, shoes imported from Milan and currently sitting with DHL waiting on a £75.00 custom fee to be paid, I pay this I’d be as well buying from a reputable dealer in the UK with decent Customer Service!

Top Labels have ceased all communication with me and the shoes are stuck with the courier waiting on custom fee to be paid.

Case raised with Klarna to cease further payments and I will be contacting Citizens Advice to take further.

Shoes were bought on 26th June and have been sitting with DHL for a week.

Was by advised by TLO that I was receiving scam messages from DHL to fob me off and now they know that it is legit I have been ghosted and no one wanting to pay the fee or replying to my emails.

You are not dealing with Top Labels direct, after checking the details of sender via DHL and googling the address it is an apartment (not a business) in Milan so I don’t even know how TLO know the items are authentic! Clearly the ‘person’ sending or selling them has’t considered custom charge!

Order placed 23/1 for a pair shoes and arrived next working day in original box. Well packed

This is my second purchase. Order date was 18/09/2021 delivered today 21//09/2021 easy website to navigate free delivery within a few days very happy with my purchase.

I found a discount code that gave me 60% off. It said I didn't need a code, just my email. I did this and nothing happened. I had to make do with a 10%code. Can you rectify please? Thanks

Can you tell us where you find that? We already have items at 60% discount (that is why you don’t need a discount code)on a lot of products so the 10% was on top of the discounted items and NOT an extra 60% off. Thank you

Hi TopLabelsOnline, Here are screenshots of the 60% discount voucher that didn't work. The price you have is equivalent to most other prices for this item. It is not discounted. It is not a leather shoe and the price is rather high for what it is. I hope you can give me the 60% voucher, which, as you see, is still in date validity.

As stated before there is no code as the prices you see already have a 60% discount from RRP, hence the message you got, so as stated before, all is as it should and no extra 60% is possible otherwise the item would be sold at a loss. We are not sure as to why you fell this is confusing. 60% of refers to RRP which our item is and yes we do think it is good price.
In fact as you stated you got a 10% extra discount you ended up buying this item at 70% discount which js very cheap indeed.

Dear Nuno, You are therefore saying that the boys shoes are £82 RRP. Is that correct? As you can see from the attached, the recommended price is £39.99.
What this shows is not only that you have not given 60%, but also that you have not given the 10%, which the voucher promises. I had trusted your website.

I bought a pair of shoes from Top Labels Online. The shipping was fast (I got the parcel in 4 days after purchase),the product was original and true to size (I have another pair from the same kind in a different colour)and it came in it's original box.Would buy from them again! Highly recommended

I'm adding this here as I initially did not buy direct from them (went through well known auction site!) as I was concerned by the lack of reviews around the web. It seemed too good to be true given the availability and price of the items i'd been looking for for so long. (My favorite, discontinued, running trainers in a large size) .

I ordered 1 pair on the auction site, then a contact number was available, so I rang them and was immediately reassured it was legit and ordered a second pair! They arrived within 2 days and I couldn't be happier.

Can't recommend them highly enough based on my experience.

Great products, great service and good prices!

Shoes were completely incorrect in style and size. Poor packaging meant the box was damaged.
Was later told that they didn’t even have the shoes I wanted in stock.

Communication with them however was very quick and helpful when it came to getting a refund and sending the intern back.
