Yesterday the 4th of August
Yesterday the 4th of August, I had a poor customer service from one of your staff. he said his name is DAYO, he was rude on the phone and kept on cutting me off while talking. And then he finally said..’can you speak quickly please, I have to go’ I regretted calling Topmove. Thanks to another person who answered my call when I called the next day Saturday 5th August. He said his name is SHAY. He treated me with courtesy and was willing to help me. He booked an appointment for me to view a house.

It’s possible that you spoke directly with a carrier you booked with through the platform rather than our Top Move support team.
That being said, we completely understand how frustrating it must have been to feel dismissed during your call. We always remind our carriers to maintain professional and courteous communication, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
