Excellent Service
This is my first time ordering logs from Topstak. They were helpful and informative from the offset. The delivery was straightforward and the driver left the logs exactly where I needed them to be with no problems. The price and the service means I will definitely being using the firm again

Quality of logs excellent as usual
Quality of logs excellent as usual. The promised delivery date was missed, which was inconvenient. However, Topstak were very apologetic, and we did receive a small gift by way of recompense.

Just had a fireplace taken out
Just had a fireplace taken out, remodelled / rebuilt, new hearth, 3 new chimney pots and a Charnwood Aire5 installed all arranged and components sourced through Topstak. Great friendly and knowledgeable service from all the various guys at Topstak and an absolutely fantastic installation and professional service from James Jenkins and Adam, the end result looks amazing. Thankyou very much, recommend 100% and will be using you again.
