However, all the work is done outside of the US, which explains why I could never get a straight answer about when my project would be completed.
The person behind this scam, who goes by the name Jason Wright, is just as fake as the company itself. The image of him on their website is a complete fabrication, and his strong foreign accent only adds to the mountain of evidence that this is not a US-based operation. He even boasts a "money-back guarantee," but don't be fooled—he doesn't stand behind it. Once they have your money, good luck getting it back.
Top Web Design US is also notorious for inflating their achievements with ridiculous claims about the number of websites they've completed. Their website is full of AI-generated reviews that are as fake as everything else about this company.
My experience was a nightmare from start to finish. They took half my money upfront, completely violated the terms of our contract, and the work they showed was subpar. That didn't even come close to what was promised. When I tried to get answers, I was met with nothing but excuses and evasions.
To make matters worse, Jason Wright operates under various company names, making it clear that this is a shady operation. Don’t fall for their lies—Top Web Design US is a fraud, and they will take your money without delivering anything of value.
