Completely unprofessional and unreliable company. There are frequent network issues, unplanned downtime, and “maintenance” periods announced on the spot, without the 24 hours notice that is written in their SLA.
On top of that, they issued duplicate invoices for the same service. Despite paying well before the due date, I continued receiving payment reminders and repeated attempts to charge my card, eventually resulting in my service being suspended even though the invoice had been settled. Customer support was ineffective—they appear unable to properly manage their billing system and failed to acknowledge or resolve the duplicate invoicing issue even after four days.

Dacă se putea aș fi dat o jumătate de stea acestei firme de hosting. Fost client la societatea aceasta . Serviciile sunt foarte lente , când achiziționezi porturile sunt oprite dar legea din România te obligă ca firmă de hosting să ai porturile deschise la vânzare. Directorul are un comportament lingvistic primitiv , discutând cu aroganța , suportul dacă ai o problemă la 23:00 00:00. Nu exista trebuie să stai după ei . Jalnic nu vă recomand serviciile lor de nici o culoare.

Edit: After opening a paypal dispute, they said they will pay me back. Will update if they do
Edit2: 50% was refunded now. (1/2 months)
Edit3: They have now refused to refund the second month that I did not get any service and apparently Paypal is on their side.
Unless in addition to a full refund, I get a written apology with their reasoning here, this will remain a 1-star review forever. What they are doing is literally ILLEGAL within the EU (Making unsubscribing harder than subscribing)

I had a really good experience with torchbyte, I bought from them a VPS and a Game Host and everything was fine.

Anothe one never work stable, when i connect on Termius will be crash after 1 minute!

The others 3 was okay not very bad but sometimes was good sometimes was very slow

Sunt foarte mulțumit de ei ca partener de afaceri pentru colocare si furnizarea de server sh. Mai exista într-adevăr unele probleme pe partea de conexiune dar se rezolvă în timp relativ util.
