Absolutely shocking quality and customer service. Avoid.

Torkeen doesn't keep its promises when it comes to refunds, bad company.

I would give this company zero stars if I could. I ordered a pack of hair clips and was given the link to watch for delivery. Several weeks later I was notified that it was delivered. I didn’t receive it at my house or in my mailbox. They refuse to refund me as the carrier insists that it was delivered. No more ordering from Facebook ads.

Bad packaging, ie a VERY small envelope resulted in the faux leather being wrinkled and useless. I cannot erase the wrinkles because it is plastic and very thin. I cannot understand why it could not have been sent in a bigger envelope that would not have compressed and wrinkled the product!

I bought something of this site, it was utter rubbish. A very cheep chinese product of very poor quality and i consider not fit for purpose. I wrote to them to ask to return the item and for a refund. They said they would offer me 25% back as a goodwill gesture and I could the item. I wrote back saying I didn't want to keep the items as it was rubbish and no use to me and I asked for a full refund. Now they ignore my messages and will not refund me. This is a very young company that the owner hides their identy from who's who, - definately something suspicios about them, I wouldn't recommend people to buy anything from this company.
