I’ve had a really positive experience with Torro CRM, especially when it comes to customer support and product updates.

The support team and a personal manager is responsive, friendly, and genuinely involved in helping solve issues. Whenever I have a question or need help with a setup, I can get clear guidance in a chat instead of just receiving a generic answer.

I also really appreciate how actively the product is being developed. New features and improvements are released regularly, and it’s clear that the team listens to customer feedback and works on making the CRM more useful and convenient. Some of our requests were released within weeks.
