I had a fantastic experience with Ellie Jones. I accidentally switched returns labels between the sunglasses I ordered and clothes from another brand. She instantly called me and emailed me and arranged for the clothes to be returned to me at no cost. Such great service!

Delayed refund
Got damaged sunglasses that look like they had been worn and warped by someone else. Update: received my refund however the quality of their service isn’t the best. I’d suggest looking elsewhere if you want to purchase designer sunglasses online.

I had a very positive experience with this company. The delivery was fast, and I was kept well informed throughout the whole process with clear and helpful email updates.
Unfortunately, the sunglasses did not suit me, so I needed to return them. However, the return process was easy and smooth, and I received my refund very quickly.
Excellent customer service, great communication, and an efficient process from start to finish. I would definitely recommend this company.

Fast delivery, fast refund, no quibbles
Purchased some Persol sunglasses, they arrived fast and in perfect condition. They were a bit too big so had to send them back and the refund was very swift. Royal Mail showed the return as delivered, and the refund was done within about 2 hours of them getting delivered back. Very good trustworthy company.
