Just need call display for the forward numbers so you know it’s coming from tossable and who’s calling. Both not either or.

TossableDigits has been around for many years with the result it does digital above average and very well. BUT what really stands out are the staff behind the company who go above and beyond to make the experience at TossableDigits exceptional and unforgettable. I've just been through a very awful experience at a Prepaid Wireless company when I needed to port my number back from the company. It was the equivalent of a Kafka Thriller to get the number to be ported out from that company. TossableDigits supported and stood by me from the beginning to the end when the number had to be rejected a few times due to the Prepaid Wireless company not releasing the number properly. Using TossableDigits for parking a number works perfect with their system and provides a seamless and uncomplicated service. It has systems that really work, and if any complication should arise, which is very rare to happen, a wonderful support system with live people who care. Their chat support system is exceptional. Security is tops. I'll definitely be renewing my subscription for the next year.

I had been feeling frustrated that I couldn't find an affordable way to keep my US number active for the sake of receiving 2FA codes while living abroad. I'm thrilled to have finally found Tossable Digits! I'm saving over $70/month in inflated US carrier fees, and I can get those 2FA codes and keep my US phone number active for my bank and credit cards. The customer service is friendly, attentive, generous, and speedy. I'm so happy I found Tossable Digits!

Everything is perfect!

Tossable Digits is great for serious travelers! It has been the best solution for me to keep my number while being abroad. I have used Tossable since 2021. I like the service so much, that I have even kept it when I was not traveling, just to keep the continuity so I always have my number while on the road.

Porting my business phone number to tossable digits was extremely simple and significantly cheaper than paying my service provider in Canada a monthly fee for doing basically the same thing so I don't lose my number. Number two, the phone calls, the voice messages, the texts and the other benefits within tossable digits is enormously helpful, time saving, efficient and definitely a lifesaver regarding connection, communication with my customers as I live abroad.

The price for this service is... Extremely fair and cost-effective. I'm now in my seventh year of using Tossable Digits and I recommend it to everyone I think may need it.

Lastly, whenever I had an issue the customer service was super polite and prompt to follow up with me and take care of my concerns / questions which have been very few.

The phone number was ported the same day and it's been working very well since then. Texts arrive in an instant with the Android app, and the voice mail is easily accessible.

I had a very disappointing experience with TossableDigits. I purchased a number that was clearly described as SMS-capable, but it did not work for the purpose I needed. When I contacted support, they refused to provide a refund, even though the number was a toll-free line with known SMS limitations — something they do NOT explain clearly during purchase.
Instead of helping, they put all responsibility on the customer and offered no real solution. I paid for a service that didn’t match my expectations, and their customer support was unhelpful. I would advise others to be careful before buying, because refunds are almost impossible even if the service doesn’t work as expected.

I cancelled my subscription a month ago because their service was shit. Then I got an e-mail about my account being suspended because of a refused charge, which I thought nothing of. Then suddenly my card got a charge from them. I immediately messaged support about how they wrongly charged my card. But this “PJ” from their side kept saying that I did not cancel my subscription which I did. They forced me to open the page again and cancel it AGAIN. Im pretty sure they’ll keep charging my card next month so I blocked their payments from my side. Also they refused to give me a refund when they were the ones in the wrong. I messaged the same day I got the charge, because I already cancelled. They still kept insisting that I didn’t when it was in my freaking browsers history. This is unacceptable for a company who’s service is also shit.

Can't even receive SMS. Not worthwhile. Offered no refund option and unfriendly.

I paid for a month, cancelled on day 3, and Tossable Digits cut the line immediately, no access, no refund, no empathy. Support insisted my number was “actively used” because one automated SMS hit the inbox; outbound SMS has never worked (not last cycle, not this one). Their “cancel anytime” promise really means “forfeit what you’ve already paid unless you re-enter your card and risk another charge.” A rigid, almost punitive policy that skirts consumer-protection norms and leaves customers feeling cornered. Think twice.

I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received from Tossable Digits.

On [mention the date you purchased the plan – e.g., March 22, 2025], I purchased a plan with the intention of using the International Forwarding feature to Saudi Arabia. I submitted all the necessary information and waited patiently. However, even after 17 days, the service was not enabled, and no one from the support team responded to my concerns.

I reached out through email and the support portal but got no proper replies or follow-ups. I kept waiting, believing it was just a delay, but nothing happened. Finally, I had no choice but to cancel the plan — a plan that I paid for, and in return, I got zero service and no refund.

This is not how you treat paying customers. You didn’t deliver the service promised, didn’t communicate at all, and left me with wasted time, lost money, and frustration.

I do not recommend this service to anyone who values reliability and customer support. You’ve lost my trust as a customer.
