The whole experience was a 10 from the check In receptionist who couldn’t fine my appointment, but went the extra mile to call another location to make sure me and my father was seen today. Dr Jenkins thanks for taking your time with me after being hit by the Dump Truck; and last but most definitely not least EMILY YOU ROCK; stay being that shining star at the morrow location. Thanks for taking it easy with me and not getting impatient. Thanks for making me feel like I was IMPORTANT and not just a Rush Job and for that I will forever be GRATEFUL. 💯❤️👍💪🏾

This is the best chiropractor! I have seen multiple of their doctors at their different locations, and every single one of them treated me with care! I do not intend of seeing any other chiropractor. I love getting adjusted, but the friendly staff and doctors make it extra special! Totally recommend! I have referred my parents, aunts, uncle and friends here!

Dr H is amazingly accurate in hand placement and manipulating my body. One adjust and my allergies stopped and head cleared in 20 minutes - I simply asked her to adjust for allergies.
Kelly is an excellent professional office manager. She’s helped me numerous times with exercise directions and with rescheduling. Even though VA stopped paying I keep going back out of pocket to stay well.

I absolutely love this place. The staff is amazing and always goes above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable.

I was disappointed in the S Moore Road location. The doctor there did a very apathetic consultation with me and barely touched my spine when she did the hands-on consult. As I was looking thru my X-rays later on that day, I realized that Dr. Holden never advised I remove my earrings and as the patient, it was not at the forefront of my mind. Therefore it appears that I have implants on my ears.
The girls at reception were kind, until I said at the third visit I would no longer be returning and requested my X-rays in CD format. They gave me a CD, which I later found out was blank. I went back to the location requesting a new one and they said, “we’ll check with IT and see if they can help.” They said this very rudely and never called me. I was so fed up, I did not keep requesting the X-rays.
Overall, 2 out of 10. I only give it a 2 because the automatic table at the end of each visit was very nice.

I feel my problems are heard and taken care of with each visit I make. The staff is helpful and friendly and doctor is excellent.
