Book arrived in perfect condition
Book arrived in perfect condition. It had a long journey from India to UK then UK to Channel Islands. Took a few weeks, but is worth the wait.

I received my products with the order #…
I received my products with the order # T1/1280 three weeks later from Totally Indian. But two items were missing from the parcel, so I sent a WhatsApp message notifying their customer assistant team.
They eventually refunded the money for the missed items, but I lost the postage payment. It happened with my previous order, too, which was disappointing.
I am happy with their product, but they need to check and carefully place the customer's products before sending them to the courier.

Quality products, sensitive attitude
Delivery took time, but the distance from India is not close either. :-) Soap and eye drops were delivered, which were just recently produced. Everything is of very high quality. Responsive staff.

The book I ordered arrived destroyed
The book I ordered was destroyed in transport. I don't recommend it. The book was not correctly secured, just a thin plastic foil. Apparently it wasn't enough protection for brutal treatment of the package by the delivery company.

A very good and reliable book seller
A very good and reliable book seller. I recommend all buyers to check the availability of books with the seller before making the final payment. The books arrived in Malaysia in good condition, with only very minor scuffs due to logistics, which is quite normal, including during customs inspection. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service, and the book prices are very reasonable compared to other platforms.

Your prices are very good and product delivered are genuine but your courier takes upto 10 - 20 days to deliver even though product is in North America in 4 - 5 days of the order.

The customer service is horrible
The customer service is horrible. I've placed two orders with totallyindian.com, one on 10/5, the other on 10/18. I sent multiple messages inquiring about the 10/5 order, only to receive an email on 10/28 stating the order was canceled. I've sent multiple messages about the 10/18 order and still haven't received a response. Also, the phone number to the member services department is out of service.
I ultimately received the 10/18 order but I had to email the CEO first. They sell great products at great prices, but they will have to improve their customer service before I order from them again.
